Monthly Rentals in Riva Ligure (Grange)

Giuliana's apartment is 10 meters from the sea (only a road separates) near a supermarket and restaurants that can also be reached on foot. During the Easter period we parked easily and for free in front. The kitchen and bathroom (especially the shower) are functional and new. Lots of towels, bed sheets, dishes and utensils, nothing is really missing. The terrace is nice, with a beautiful view of the sea. The bike path passes in the back and then immediately after the Aurelia, but with new windows we didn't have any disturbances. The mattresses are a bit dated and may not be suitable for those with back problems. We had a great time, thank you!

We had a great time, the house was comfortable, clean and with everything you need. The location is excellent, close to the sea and the bike path, we really enjoyed Riva and the surroundings, really beautiful, and we were lucky with the weather :-). Federico was very helpful and attentive, we hope to return!

We had a pleasant stay at this place , everything was fine. The balcony was very nice and the view was beautiful . Gianna was very nice explained to us and good communication in English the beach located a few meters away is great . Thank you for this trip 😀

Perfect apartment with a sea view from the bed exactly as pictured, opening your eyes and seeing the sea is priceless!! Leaving the house and in a minute being on the beach is just as priceless!! Walk on the promenade of Riva Ligure and go up to Santo Stefano and return really nice and stop here and there for breakfast in the morning or the aperitif in the even more beautiful evening!! Oriana super Host, kind, always ready to respond to messages or calls, welcomed us firsthand and gave us all the info on where to find what... she also reserved the restaurant for us since she arrived late at night!! We hope to be back soon. We really felt at home as well as our little one! It would be a 10-star review but unfortunately there are only 5!! Thank you for everything and see you soon...
