The newly renovated granite top kitchen can handle any culinary plans you may have in mind including an entire dining area. The well-maintained wooden swirl steps from the 1800’s & exposed brick sprinkled on the top floor floods the space with character. The owner or a representative is always available in case of an emergency, and only a phone call away. Rittenhouse is one of the oldest, most prestigious areas in Philadelphia. Originally named Southwest Square, Rittenhouse Square was renamed after a famous Philadelphian astronomer and hosted some of the city’s most popular happenings all year round.
