Access to garden and free parking on the residential road. 400 m to the beach, 2 km to Riis forest, shops outside the door and 5 km to Aarhus. 1500 M to the light rail and 200 m to the city bus. Free parking on the residential road. The host lives in the house upstairs the apartment.

Delicious Villa by the beach & close to Aarhus C

Uniquely located 170 meters from the most beautiful and best sandy beach in Aarhus. Perfect combination of holiday with beach and city. The house is stylish and well laid out for a wonderful family holiday where you can listen to the waves on the terrace, play football, jump on the trampoline in the large garden and rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower. The heart of the house is the lovely newly renovated kitchen-living room where you open onto a cozy terrace. Please note that you must bring your own bed linen & towels.

A lovely oasis in the middle of the city - villa

From this centrally located beautiful, spacious and charming villa, all guests have easy access to everything. The villa is located between the botanical garden, the university park and a 10 minute walk to the city's many eateries and activities. The villa is super cozy and nicely decorated with tasteful furniture and here is plenty of space - both on the flowery terrace, in the garden and in the villa's three different living rooms, large kitchen rooms and four rooms, one of which has a huge sleeping home.

Close to sandy beach & Aarhus City

Our home (170 m2) in Risskov is a one story house on a quiet gravel road. The house has a nice big living room, which is connected to an open kitchen. There are windows all along the South side of the house, which creates a sunny garden view from both living room and kitchen. There are two bathrooms, two bedrooms with double beds (one big, one small). In addition we have two extra private rooms, which will be locked and not part of the rent. There is a nice big garden with swings and a playhouse

Luxury beachfront villa in Aarhus

This is a very unique place to stay on one of the most quiet roads in Aarhus near the beach and forest. The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start the day with a dip or head down to the local bakery. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe and restaurant environment where you can find everything your heart desires. We rent for some weekends or when we go on holiday - please write us if you have any questions.

Fantastically located villa in Risskov with 3 rooms + an office, kitchen-living room, living room and a wonderful garden with orangery and greenhouse, fireplace and terrace with barbecue. The bedrooms have a 210x210 double bed, respectively, a 140x2m double bed and a baby bed. Bedding can be arranged on 2x sofas in case of lack of beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer available. Possibility of parking under carport.
