Our attractive one bed cottage has an outdoor sunken patio kitchen area with charcoal BBQ and a raised decking area. A cosy home from home, with a touch of luxury! Set at the bottom of our garden, but totally self contained with parking for one vehicle. Kirkby Malzeard is a small traditional village set in the Nidderdale AONB. Perfectly placed to be your 'Gateway to the Dales', whilst also conveniently located for visits to Harrogate and York, it's your town & country location rolled into one!

This, town centre, loft style apartment has a large indoor hot tub, pool table, 65"TV with sky UHD, Alexa with unlimited music, jukebox, super king bed and balcony with panoramic views of the valley. Whether you are staying for a special occasion, a weekend away, or one of the Piece Hall gigs, the flat gives you the best of both worlds- views over the valley while still being in the center of town. With bars, restaurants, and the retail district close by for supplies and some retail therapy.

Berry Cottage is a 18th century grade 2 listed cottage just a 10 minute walk from the centre of the historic city of Ripon, where you can visit Ripon Cathedral, enjoy a canal cruise and sample the delights of our independent eateries. Ripon is also within walking distance of Studley Royal deer park and Fountains Abbey or only a 5 minute drive if you prefer. This is an ideal place to stay to explore the Yorkshire Dales. The famous spa town of Harrogate is also only 25 minutes’ drive away

Chequer Barn Apartment

An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We would welcome all visitors, but we don’t accept children.

Thompson's cottage is located in the garden of our family home, with parking in front of the village hall, (next door) The cottage is a cosy space with a modern feel, comprising of one main living area with a king size bed, seating for 2, a small but well equipped kitchen and a pull out table, a modern stylish bathroom with large shower. Sawley is quiet village, within the Nidderdale AONB, and is a great central location for exploring the area, on bike, foot or by car.
