Vacation rentals with beach access in Río San Juan

The place is simply amazing! I went with a group of friends and it was wonderful!

Great place and ideal.

The apartment is right on the beach. You couldn’t ask for a better location if you are visiting Cabarete for the weekend.

We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t be better — Playa Los Mino is right across the street, Playa Los Guardias is just a 2-minute walk, and Playa de los Muertos is only 4 minutes away. We felt completely safe throughout our stay and comfortably walked around the area both during the day and at night. Everything was exactly as described, and we truly enjoyed the convenience and beauty of the surroundings. Highly recommend!

This is our second visit to the same complex. This unit in particular is large and very well appointed with a beautiful balcony and lots of natural air flow. Virginie was very responsive during the reservation process and during our stay. We had a special request before arriving and she accommodated that request. It made our stay that much more comfortable. It is with mixed feelings that we rate this property and owner with such high marks because it may actually make it more difficult for us to find it available in the future. We would not hesitate for one second to return to Virginie and Julien's beautiful property.

Jose was an amazing host! His place had an amazing kitchen. It was very easy to cook home cooked meals. Many towels were provided. Everything was clean and safe. He is very friendly and kind!

Amazing place located right on the beach. The unit is spacious, clean and charming. Its located right by supermarkets, restaurants and close enough to enjoy the nightlife, and far enough to enjoy the serene peace and sound of the waves. By far one of my fav stays on Airbnb.

Nice place to Stay very relax and quiet

Our experience was amazing. The place is as shown in the photos. Hally was always very friendly and helpful, responded quickly and even recommended several places to eat/have dinner. The house is located in a very strategic area of the town, as most places (including beaches) are 5-7 minutes away. The farthest place we visited (Playa Grande) is only 12-15 minutes from the house. The people in the village are very friendly and willing to help. We would definitely come back. One suggestion might be to have a dryer in the bathroom, which is quite spacious. I understand that many people visit Rio San Juan for the amenities it offers, including its beaches and spas, and if the house had that equipment it would be easier for the guest to carry that clothing.

I will definitely return to this accommodation. 100% recommended!!!

Wow, what an unforgettable stay! Fausto and his wife were absolutely AMAZING — so kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. We even had the pleasure of hiring Fausto’s wife to cook for us, and she completely blew us away with her incredible meals! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. My family and I felt so taken care of and truly at home. We’re already counting down the days until we can come back! Highly, highly recommend!!

We spent nearly 5 weeks at the Paradise Condos de Cabarete at Olesky's, and it was a great experience! The location is perfect, walking distance to everything, making the stay even more enjoyable. The property is beautifully maintained, with a colorful pool and garden that add a paradisiacal touch. The gardener does an exemplary job! The accommodation itself is very clean and spacious, ideal for four people. In addition, the host was extremely responsive and professional to the small adjustments needed during our stay, always with conviviality and efficiency. We recommend 100% this place to anyone looking for a nice and well-located place in Cabarete. You won't be disappointed! Thanks again to Olesky for this quality welcome.

Terrific location. Right between our kite surfing and bachata classes. The apartment was nice and airy. We - and the rest of Puerto Plata - experienced some weather related difficulties. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was even nicer and more spacious than we were anticipating, and felt so homey. Lindsay also made us feel extremely comfortable staying here, always answering in a very quick, helpful, and friendly manor whenever I had to message her about something! The location was so perfect, very close to all necessities, beautiful locations, and amazing food - which Lindsay also shared great recommendations with me for! We loved this airbnb and its location and are honestly envious we don't own a home there ourselves! I would love to return someday that I get the chance to. The place was nice and big with all the necessities. All the restaurants were walkable through the beach or town. Would definitely stay again.

This is the second time we've stayed here and, as always, everything is perfect. The place is comfortable, clean and well located. The host was very attentive and made us feel at home again. We will definitely be back!!!

The real shining star was the property manager, Lissa. She was in contact with us almost immediately after booking. Lissa made herself available with lots of information, offered to book transportation and to have groceries delivered prior to our arrival. The airport pickup was on time and professional. Access cards were waiting for us at security. Our bags were delivered to our door. Although we didn't use the grocery service, there was a centerpiece on the dining table of a bag of coffee and fresh fruits. To our delight, there were 2 cold beers in the fridge, which we really enjoyed! The unit was much nicer in appearance than the photos. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. A Welcome Book on the coffee table had tons of great information for us. The patio space was our favorite spot to have coffee and enjoy a pool view and meticulously kept grounds. The sofa was a great siesta spot for my husband. I really want to write more but I've run out of space in this spot!!
