We had such a great stay at Oron’s place! Right on Kitebeach, perfect for our group! The spot and the view is exceptional. The condo is clean, comfortable and all renovated. Communication with Oron was easy and quick. Hermania, the woman who did maintenance is super sweet and brought us fresh mangos from her mango tree. We absolutely loved our stay and we highly recommend this accommodation!

Breath taking views!! Comfortable place…. You can hear the sound of the ocean, big patio area… The views is amazing!! Communication with Janet was fast and easy, responsive. Wish we stayed longer.

This condo is absolutely perfect for a stay in Cabarete. Clean, well equipped condo with spectacular views of the sea with gorgeous sunrises and pleasant shade in afternoon. Comfortable beds, reliable wifi. The Seawinds property is very well maintained. Quiet and private. Beautiful pool and a short walk to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and Kite beach. Short drive to playa encuentro. Easy to communicate with host Ana. Detailed guide describing the condo and Cabarete. Would love to come back! ❤️❤️

The accommodation is nicely decorated and is cozier than expected, the lathe is very well maintained. The water pressure is very good, the hot water comes out immediately, the host was very attentive and available.

Great place, close enough to walk to center of Cabarete but far away enough to be quiet at night.

This place was way more than what I wished It would be . It’s so raw , totally surrounded by nature , perfect for me because I needed a real get away from everything, the urban noises, somewhere I could feel like in my village back home in Africa. If you’re a sounds of nature lover , you’re gonna enjoy listening to trees rubbing on each other when it gets windy , and the birds singing. Your stay will feel a lot like a camping retreat . If you mind the insects, not having a tv , being far from stores and restaurants; you’re probably gonna run away .

This location is absolutely amazing has everything you might need in this a perfect place. If you're interested in kite surfing enjoying the beach or spending time in cabarete. I highly recommend this location. I have stayed there several times and I will stay there in the future.

Amazing place, amazing host. The villa is not only beautiful but also very comfortable. It’s only 2mins walk to kite beach and a few mins drive to downtown. Drew has been amazing accommodating the place for my baby (buying a park, high chair, etc.) and has been very responsive during our stay.

the house of Juan Carlos very cozy, the perfect location close to everything, without the noise of the city, Juan Carlos and his wife were always friendly and attentive to any need

This is my second times booking with Charles. First time was guys trip. This time was business. I contacted Charles because I remembered the back up power and great wifi. I was able to work and play and little on this trip. With no worries. Staff was great. The chef Yolanda was on point. Now if you want to be in the center of town. This is not your villa. But if you need to work and relax. This is right up my our alley. I will return again. When in the area.

You couldn’t ask for any better than this. Right next to the beach, pool, secure building, and even a surf instructor on site! Not to mention it’s walking distance from endless restaurants and anything you could possibly want to do in Cabarete. Also, the condo itself was really nice and tastefully decorated. One of my favorite parts was sitting in the porch area and watching the ocean. Look no further! This is the spot you’re gonna want if you’re coming to Cabarete.

Excellent, I recommend it for those who want to enjoy what the area has to offer and then get to rest at the accommodation without annoying noise.

Linka was outstanding with communication! And so was the local property manager, Cyril. So friendly and we asked so many questions and they would answer immediately. The beach setting and apartment complex is just as pictured on the site. It is on the quiet edge of Kite beach and we often saw only a few other people walking or swimming at the beach or pool. The grounds were very clean and tidy and the community was small but guarded. That said we were so safe. The water and sand were beautiful and we loved taking long walk in both directions. One way you could walk about 40 minutes and be in Cabarete for little shops and restaurants. The road doesn’t have a good shoulder and the traffic is busy. Lots of motorcycles and cars passing each other and we were so glad to not drive! We hired Alcides, the best taxi driver that Linka recommended and he became a special part of our vacation. We called on him many times for adventures to different places that we wanted to explore. We had a blast!

Amy place is magnificent, as described with great vibes. Look no further if you want the place to stay this is it! I will definitely be back. Everything satisfying on vacation here. Excellent accommodation, the apartment is very nice, well equipped, just like the photos and the area is very quiet, ideal for those looking to rest, it is super close to several beaches, definitely a place I would come back to.

Very well stocked from the kitchen to bath towels to beach towels! We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful condo! We have stayed multiple times in Seawinds, really liked this two bedroom condo. Would definitely stay again.

This was a fantastic one bedroom in Cabarete. It was very safe and you could walk to most things. Unit was as described and the host was very helpful. I would definitely come back!
