Marcia welcomed us with great sympathy, showed us everything just right, always answered me quickly. The house is impeccable, super well located, spacious, airy, everything very well cleaned: the house, the bedding, the towels, everything smelling fresh and clean! There was water in the fridge, all appliances were working, as I went with a child I needed to use the microwave and TV. At the end of the stay, Márcia even gave us tips for breakfast and was very kind to us! I highly recommend it!

The space exceeded our expectations. Very well maintained, clean, new and fragrant bedding and towels. It has a kitchen with utensils and appliances that perfectly meet our needs. Having space to store the car was a differential too. The hosts, Luís and Maria, gave us excellent service, super friendly, always attentive and willing to help us with whatever we needed. We'll definitely stay back in town.

Excellent place! Well arranged and well decorated studio. We only missed an electric stove, but nothing that would disrupt our stay! Marcelo is very attentive.

I booked it to stay with my husband during our city move. Impeccable place, as shown in the photos. André (owner) is super helpful and polite. I will definitely return and indicate!
