Nice studio apartment, clean, just make sure to not park close to the door if it plans to rain (it pools). Shower was great! You can hear people next door, it is apartments (; Things to do: North Clear Creek Falls overlook, then on the way back stop at Creede to have coffee at Coffee on the Fly and check out downtown. If you go to the end of downtown and walk up the small hill, you'll enjoy the beautiful view of the water with the backdrop of the mountains and will see the underground fire dept. - yup, you read that right, underground! Check out Colorado Gators and Reptile Park (bring the brochure from Los Chavalo's because it gives you a free bucket of gator chow to feed them!) you get to hold a baby gator, ball Python, and pet tortoises and emus! Places to eat/drink: Colorado Grille for their deep fried elk burgers 🤤 Los Chavalo's for their 2-6 daily happy hour of $5 DELICIOUS margaritas and $3.50 beers of all kinds. Up Top Cafe for cinnamon rolls Raisin Rye for coffee

It was a very cozy, beautiful, stylish and decorated house with all necessary quality kitchen stuff. We liked it! Don’t forget to bring warm clothes and socks, it was chilly in the bedrooms during November. Overall, we enjoyed it very much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was as advertised. Newly renovated with all the amenities and with a huge master shower. Very clean with comfy beds. It was perfect for the five of us staying there for a family celebration. Elizabeth responded right away to any questions. Would definitely recommend.

I very nice place to stay and relax. The owners went out of their way and had birthday gifts and decorations for my grand daughter and sister birthday we celebrated. The owners also told us about some very good sights for sightseeing.

If I could put more stars I would put them!! It is a beautiful place, the house is beautiful, comfortable and has very beautiful places nearby, we enjoyed it very much and we definitely plan to return ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great stay here. Beautiful, private setting with great views. House was as described and had plenty of space for our group. Nice and clean and good assortment of kitchenware to use. Would recommend and visit again!

We had a great stay! The house is conveniently located for us because it’s within a 10-minute drive from our family so it was great to be so close yet have a private place to stay. The house is charming and my young nieces loved counting all the bees. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. We will absolutely stay again on our next family visit.

This unit has beautiful views of the Rio Grande river, we thought the price was very reasonable for the location. You have exclusive access to the condo, but Beau lives next door and is responsive for issues or questions. The condo was clean and well furnished. We will definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable. Great bed, loved sound of river. A great location to see surrounding towns. Been RVing 30 years. We’re now discovering Airbnb. A nice touch having fishing rods available. We bring our own, really thoughtful. Haven’t met Beau. Will say any text messages I sent were answered within an hour or less. Thanks Whitney
