Monthly Rentals in Rio Grande County

I grew up in CO, moved away, and just moved back. I'm visiting parts of the state where I've not been, which is what brought me to Del Norte. I have completely fallen in love with this part of CO. Kane and Gracie's place was the perfect base camp for hiking and exploring. It was private and quiet with all the comforts and amenities I wanted. I enjoyed the full kitchen, cozy bedroom, and most of all the balcony with a panoramic view of the foothills of the San Juan mountains. During my stay, I had a minor issue, and even though they were out of town, they were responsive and kind. All in all, a great stay in a beautiful setting.

Melissa & Steve's pine house is a lovely spot in a small town, backed up to open space and a small trail network. The kitchen is easy enough to work in, bathroom and shower were spacious considering the overall size of the house. Not very applicable for us but the bunk bed and loft setup were pretty sweet. Our plans didn't have us staying very long but overall we felt this was a nice unique spot.

Fantastic stay. Stayed in the winter, the gas heater was so warm! The hospitality was fantastic and communication was above and beyond. I would go out of my way to come back to Monte Vista to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your space!

Wonderful place to stay for a couple days! Close to Great sand dunes national park and hot springs. Easy check in and cute place. Our dog also loved it!
