Vacation rentals with a patio in Río Filobobos

Gabriel was very nice and answered my doubts. The apartment is nicer than the pictures. It is located in a very small private, considered that if they carry a car. You can walk about 5 minutes to the main avenue where taxis and public transport pass. Nearby there are shops and it is very close to Caxa and restaurants.

Bere is a great host and very kind. He was attentive and helped us change the reservation at the last minute.

We had a great stay here, everything was very clean and had great amenities to use from the kitchen to the bathroom and other supplies. The door in and out was super easy with no key and just a code! Plenty of steps and a little much with lots of luggage but I will say the steps are worth it with the height at which the place is at with it’s incredible balcony! By far its best feature and was used my myself and my partner the most especially around midday as the sun was in perfect position. The only unfortunate things I will say about the place is the water pressure, in the kitchen sink mostly but also the bathroom one. This made washing up near to impossible with the pressure of the sink and also with zero hot water out of that tap too.

I stayed a few days but I would definitely come back, the area is very quiet, the apartment is clean, it has everything you need and Diana was attentive from the time I arrived until I left for anything we needed! An amazing stay!🙏🏻✨

Maria Luisa was super friendly and helpful. The place is very comfortable. We were received very kindly with our little dog and she even offered us more blankets.

Excellent apartment, just as in the photos, very comfortable and pleasant, good view of the sea and the pool, easy to get to, away from the hustle and bustle of the center, perfect to rest and relax, with parking, pets are allowed, very close to the beach. Unbeatable service, always attentive.

Very clean, tidy, all the service excellent, I loved it, it is quiet, it is the second time that I have requested the place again and because I love it I highly recommend it, everything is very good, the city is made up of large blocks and ups and downs, but if it were not for that the location is still excellent, because it is close to the main park and other very cool places, I felt right at home.

Good accommodation if you're looking for easy access to the rest of the city, public transportation and taxis are very frequent. Good space to rest and for basic needs. It can get a little uncomfortable with the noise from the road, but other than that everything is very pleasant.

The location is perfect, everything is very close to the accommodation, the host's attention was good. The house has all the amenities and you can find the most basic things. So for me and my family it was perfect and a very pleasant stay.

My family and I stayed with David. The house is modern, spacious with lots of natural light, the house was clean, tidy and with easy to understand instructions. The location of the house is not in the very center of Teziutlan, but there are many accesses to get there and several well-known shops. I recommend David 100%.

Although I was unable to get to the accommodation and had to cancel the reservation because my relatives had a car accident just when they were on their way to the accommodation... Ariadna's attention was incredible, very attentive, always very present, taking care of every detail and attentive to the needs of the guest... I do not doubt for a second that if I had been able to arrive, our stay would have been very nice and pleasant.

The house is spacious, beautiful and very comfortable, just as shown in the photos. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the space is perfect for resting and enjoying. In addition, the host was helpful at all times, always available to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this place!

Everything is very good, we had a great time with the pet. Even though it's a shared place, it feels quite private, an excellent place to rest with the family. The kitchen has the basics for preparing food and the staff is very attentive to bringing what is missing. Constantly clean pools, they are always being maintained. It's an excellent choice.

I felt right at home, everything in order and functional, I had no problems, as shown in the photos. Ajax is an excellent host, always attentive, I definitely plan to return!

My experience was excellent. The apartment is very nice, clean and quiet, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the rooftop is simply spectacular, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. Also, the host was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future.
