This is a great place to stay in Venice. It's in the heart of Cannaregio, just off the main drag. 2 minutes walk to the Fondamenta Misericordia, our favourite Venitian 'street'. Next door to a great supermarket that's worth a visit for the frescoes alone. The apartment is spacious with a big bedroom and also light with windows on two sides. It has a proper, separate kitchen with Dolce Gusto machine. Antonio is very quick to respond to any messages and met us at the door to let us in. Having 2 full bathrooms is a plus as well as a laundry room. The mattresses are on the firm side and there is a little street noise that is gone by 22:30. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay - My unit was right on the water and it was a very thoughtfully put together room and upgraded amenities. Building was very well designed but still compact as most of Venice is. I would definitely recommend this Airb&b! Glad it had a free washer dryer in the building!
