In many ways, this apartment echos the grandeur of all who have come before it, while also providing the comfort and simplicity needed by guests who come to visit this incredible city. At the end of the day, you want a peaceful place to think, breathe, and sleep. The beds are perfect, the windows (when closed) keep out the city noise) and the loftiness of the rooms provide space to breathe. I know we will rerun again and again to this very special apartment—unless it is booked because of this review! This is a truly special location.

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Stefano’s place was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. The location on the 6th floor offers stunning views that are truly unforgettable. I especially loved the hot tub and terrace, where I spent every evening relaxing. The place was spotless, and they even let us drop off our bags the morning we arrived. I give Stefano’s place 5 stars, and we’ll definitely book again when we visit. It felt just like home!

Cala and Patrizias house is truly a hidden gem. It is an ideal location for a group trip/big family trip, as the spacious house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, lounge groups, dining areas to seat many people, etc. We felt so safe and taken care of, as Patrizia responded quickly to all our questions and needs, and the caretaker Mario helped us with heating and so on upon request. I really hope I can return here some time, the surroundings were just so peaceful and beautiful, as are the house. We had dinner at the local restaurant (about 7-10 minutes walk) in the tiny village the house is located by one evening, which we recommend. A drink at Willy's bar afterwards should be mandatory. We can not recommend hiring chef Samulele (ask Patrizia to send his brochure) enough. He and his souz chef Katia made an amazing Italian dinner with wine-pairing at the villa. He also organized a trip to a local winery for us which was just perfect!

This tastefully decorated, comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a superb location made it the perfect base for our trip to Rome. Many of the major sites are within easy walking distance and the neighbourhood has lots of restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance. Communication was excellent, check-in was straight forward and it was lovely to be met by an actual person rather than a lock box. Maria Teresa and Karina were very helpful in recommending restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours. We would highly recommend the apartment and Maria Teresa as a host.

Top Appartement and Location. We would book it again. We were 4, incl two teenagers and Luca was very helpful with one special wish. Heating worked ! However one bathroom cannot be heated and was rather cold for taking a shower, so we all showered in the one bathroom with the heater. Very well equipped (toilet paper, hair dryers, soap, body lotion, salt, pepper, basics) and excellent beds ! We would recommend to bring warm slippers in winter as the (beautiful) floor is rather cold.

Really enjoyed our Stay at Eduardo’s place. Beds were amazing and rooms can be dark for when you want to sleep. Apartment is on one short flight of stairs so easy to get in. There’s a balcony area at the top that is accessible. There’s also plenty of rooms and 2 bathrooms for convenience. It is a little bit outside city center but the peacefulness at night makes it worth it. There’s also a foosball and ping pong table that my kids really enjoyed. My only complaints were that there’s no dishwasher and one of the showers spills a lot of water out that is not worth using since floors get all wet…also main bathroom sink and toilets need adjustment, besides that, it’s a great place and we slept amazing!

Francos’ place was perfect for our stay! We loved it! Franco welcomed us in the apartment at our arrival, showed us the apartment and gave us instructions and tips for our trip. The apartment was extremely clean, bright, with everything you could need and more! We asked for a crib and high chair for our baby, and we also got toys and books. It was a really nice touch. If you find Marco’s place available, please book it, this is truly a gem! And will make of your trip an even better experience.

Our stay was fantastic. The space was cozy and spacious. Everything needed to make for a great stay was included. The outdoor area was a big hit for our two dogs and access to the lake was perfect. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay.

Ivana was a wonderful host. Her home was perfect for two travellers. We had difficulty catch a connecting taxi and Ivana came thirty kilometers to meet us at the bus dropoff and give us a ride to her home. I think that is going the extra, shall we say, kilometer.

Giuseppe's apartment is well located, we tour almost all the places of interest walking. We only use the sub a few times as we really like walking. The house was clean and tidy. You have everything we need for a great stay. The Lavarropas and the clothes dryer were very helpful. The heater with radiators worked perfectly, it also has air conditioning that we tried it and it worked perfect. Bed is comfortable and pillows too. The only thing I had is that there is a pizzeria downstairs and you hear noise if you open the living room window so we kept it closed and we were perfect. I recommend Giuseppe's apartment and would definitely stay again.

I stayed at Paolo's for 4 days very spacious and comfortable apartment very close to the metro (20 m), Paolo was very nice and friendly. Highly recommended.

Livia's place couldn't have been in a more perfect location-two blocks to the metro, close to bus stops, on a walking shopping mall, and a few blocks from the Vatican. You would think in such a prime location it would be loud. However, the apartment was as quiet and private as if I were in the middle of the country. We couldn't hear anything from the outside world from inside. Having a washing machine in the unit was wonderful as well. Livia was a great host and responded immediately when I asked if the water heater could be turned up a little bit for the showers (it was cold and rainy when we visited). When I come back to Rome someday, I will definitely book this place again. Thanks for the hospitality Livia!

We had a lovely weekend coming over to Rome to watch the Ireland vs Italy rugby game. Apartment is in an excellent location, within a few minutes of the central train station. Comfortable beds & excellent cooking facilities. I would return to this property.

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

Villa Montecasciano, in the Noccioli surroundings is a fantastic location. The Villa itself is large, with abundant space, a lot of natural light, with a rustic feel and a countryside environment that feels extremely private, secluded and safe. The building itself is old but well maintained. The bathrooms are a little dated and could do with a refurbish, but otherwise everything functions well and serves it's purpose. The Villa provides ample space for relaxation, and enjoying the natural surroundings, surrounded by gardens, olive and nut trees. The shared pool is a total gem - open daily from 08:00 to 20:00 in the summer season, kept immaculately clean, and provides a great environment for relaxation and fun for both adults and children. The atmosphere is serene, tranquil and friendly. We had a great time staying at the villa as 2 families with 3 kids and felt welcome, safe and in a great environment to have the perfect mix of relaxation and family time.

We loved Sabrina's place! The house was beautiful and property was so peaceful. Everything was like the pictures, plenty of space for 6 of us (4 adults + 2 children). Sabrina gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do that were a short drive into town, and she was extremely responsive via whats app for our other questions throughout our stay. We did a day trip into Montepulciano - 1.5 hr drive away so very conveniently located. Would love to be able to stay here again if we make it back to Italy!

An absolutely outstanding location with wonderful gardens, views, romantic spots to eat outside and excellent pool. Campagnano di Roma is well situated - close to FCO and Rome itself. There is so much to do in the area. We stayed whilst another family were in the 2nd property and it still felt private like we had the place to ourselves. Olympia is a fantastic host for Ludovica and family. This is our 3/4 visit and we will definitely be back. Wonderful wonderful place and home. Make sure to visit Sutri and the tombs, ampitheatre, grounds and church inside the rock. Just WOW. SO many amazing sights to see in the area. Enjoy as much as we have.

We really enjoyed our Christmas and New Year week at this place. We were a company of 4 adults and 4 children and the villa fully matched our expectations. The layout of the house is really comfortable and provides enough space for privacy and at the same time for spending time together, like the room with the fireplace. The territory is green and has everything to relax: swimming-pool, table tennis, places for playing with the ball and BBQ. It is also within a short drive from Rome historical center- Piazza Cavour, which has a convenient underground parking from where it is possible to explore Rome. Flavia and Giuseppe are always in touch if needed and the communication is easy.

The accommodation is very great, in the middle of the mountains, with an incredibly great view over the valley. It is an almost magical place. The hostess was very warm and her staff was very friendly and always helped me with everything. The host even brought a piece of homemade cake to the pool in one day. That was great. The apartment is great, very clean, spacious, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. You can only feel comfortable in this wonderful place.
