The house is located on the outskirts in an enchanted garden where you can enjoy the day or cozy evenings either in the cool lounge or on the wooden terrace. It is an ideal retreat from which wonderful tours can be undertaken. The house has a small wooded area with its own viewing platform.

Die drei ganz neuenTiny-Häuser liegen in einer kleinen ruhigen Ortschaft nahe dem Simsee. In der Umgebung lassen sich viele Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu den umliegenden Seen machen, zwischen typisch bayrischer Landschaft. Jedes Haus hat ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, es gibt ein Schlafsofa für eine 4er-Belegung. Im Gemeinschaftsgarten gibt es einen Grillplatz. Vom Bahnhof Bad Endorf sind es ca 50 Min nach München bzw. Salzburg.

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop). Lake Sims is 5 minutes away by bike. By car, you can reach the city of Rosenheim in 15 minutes. There is also a bus service to the city. From Rosenheim there is a direct train to Munich and Salzburg. The mountains and Lake Chiemsee are also accessible by car.
