The cottage is idyllically located on a small vineyard. nice weather has my great view of the valley. There are some shopping and a small bakery nearby. From Marbach, you can also find many excursion destinations reach out.

We stayed here for New Year's Eve. Annina and Tim welcomed us nicely, with Cervela and salad, which they prepared especially for us. The highlight was the hot tub - just great to heat up there in the evening surrounded by winter landscape!

There were two of us in the beautiful part of Wendy and Sven's beautiful house. Wendy welcomed us and showed us the charming apartment in her Appenzeller house. In the spacious kitchen we were able to cater perfectly, the fridge is large and there are plenty of dishes available. Great that there is also a dishwasher! Tabs, dish soap, sponge, enough kitchen towels, all available. Also plenty of towels and toilet paper. We didn't miss anything. We took beautiful hikes and ate well in the neighboring Heiden. We also visited the Henry Dunant Museum in Heiden - very interesting! In the cozy living room, we were able to relax well and review our experiences. The ceilings and door frames are low because it is an old, very pretty, renovated, Appenzell house, you have to be a bit careful. Looking forward to our next visit with Wendy and Sven!

If you're looking for sun and tranquility in winter, you're in the right place. Hosts Remo and Jana went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The house is cozy and homely, but of course without much luxury for us it was perfect.

Very friendly hostess. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. All kinds of cooking utensils are available in the kitchen. The bathroom has its own washing machine. Parking is very close. Although officially only 12 hours of parking is allowed here, you can also stop longer. There is also parking at the Wertstoffhof. The apartment was very cozy in winter, just sometimes a little cold. This may also be because I didn't quite understand the heating system:). The location is very quiet with good hiking opportunities and a very good restaurant very close by. In addition, there is a supermarket within walking distance. I would like to come back at any time

Great Airbnb. I’d stay here again. It was easy to find and it was clean. The town is right in an area where it’s easy to get to a lot of nearby towns and attractions in both Switzerland and Austria.

Excellent host very nice and very responsive to requests. I really recommend this AirBnB to visit Liechtenstein, Austria, Switzerland and Germany because it is located in the middle of the countries and with a very nice view of the mountains and the valley. Great also for hikes for all levels.

We were allowed to stay in this beautiful town for less than a week (with New Year's Eve). Enjoyed the surroundings and made wonderful walks. The studio has all the comforts and even a fondue and raclette set has been thought of, so of course enjoyed the real Swiss cheese fondue. Martin is very hospitable and happy to give tips about the sights. To make it complete, we received the Appenzeller holiday map, which gives you free access to public transportation, mountain lifts and fun activities.

Perfect place to stay – Absolute recommendation! We had a wonderful stay at this great apartment! Everything was the same, if not better, than in the description. The apartment is clean, modern and well equipped – we immediately felt comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, from booking to departure. He gave us great tips for the area and was always available if we had a question. The location is ideal, whether for sightseeing or relaxing.
