There is a small parking lot in front of the house, which allowed us to unload the suitcases easily. We felt right at home in this beautiful house! The interior is functional for a family of 5, with space for everyone, including 1 landing with chairs and a desk set up for children. It has everything you need to have a great stay, just like we did! Sandrine and Olivier are very welcoming and responsive hosts. Thanks to their advice and the many brochures available in the accommodation, it's easy to find something to do in the area! We really enjoyed these few days in your beautiful village and recommend your home! Cotentin is beautiful! Small +: Olivier is a children's author and some of his works can be discovered on site.

We had a pleasant stay at Emmanuelle's cottage. Everything is as advertised and no unpleasant surprises. Communication is perfect, this is our second stay and we will be back as the cottages are so pleasant and welcoming, and the area is so beautiful, peaceful and relaxing;

A more than great stay at Pascale's place, when traveling for work with my colleague. The accommodation is beautiful, spacious, very well equipped and really clean. Various small touches that we really appreciated (special mention for delicious homemade crepes, apple juice and local cookies). A real treat! Thank you for everything!

Wonderful stay and highly recommended. Julie’s place was as advertised: clean, comfortable, very well-equipped. The location was ideal, with many restaurants and shops within an easy walk near the harbor. Normandy historical sites were a short drive.

Excellent cottage magnified by a magnificent veranda that highlights the garden. My two dogs enjoyed themselves in this very well-designed and diverse space. Agnes is a caring and fully attentive host. She anticipates our needs Overall rating: 6/5.... Recommended...

Lovely apartment, Ideal for 2 couples, central for the Normandy beaches. Port en Bessin is a lovely village, lovely restaurants and a great Sunday market.

Lovely accommodation. Great communication from Eleanor and Ed. Eleanor greeted us on arrival and provided information on the area. Superbly well located accommodation, close to all shops and restaurants but also historical sites in the region. It's even more spacious than we thought, and the views of the harbor and beach are exceptional. We are very satisfied with our week-long stay here!

Dominique and his wife were extremely helpful - for our tours, for restaurants, and he rode his bike to the church to get us when we were lost. They are lovely people and the location is ideal for anyone wanting to experience D-Day visits. When we left, we mentioned we were heading to Notre Dame in Paris, and he said to get a reservation - otherwise we would have had to stand in line. He even gave us a bottle of locally made cider as a welcome gift, and a lot of information he collected himself about what happened on Omaha beach. My only word of caution is that there are a lot of stairs, so if you have difficulty managing stairs, this could be a challenge. But if stairs aren't a bother, this is a good choice! It is 175 years old and they did a beautiful job restoring it.

Isabelle's apartment is very well furnished and comfortable, close to the port and the fish market, great location for visiting the main landing sites, Isabelle is friendly and responsive, good place to recommend.

The neighborhood is quiet, the apartment is nice, the contact with the host is also nice, the recommendations for restaurants and relevant activities in the area are also nice. The stay was very nice.

Beatrice is offering a great place to stay with all the right amenities you need! The sorroundings are beautiful and calm, Carteret is a lovely place. A supermarket can be easily reached in Barneville. This is was also our second stay at the place, proving these points!

Very nice apartment with a beautiful view. Very close to the port and the center. We were able to enjoy the shops and restaurants without taking the car. The apartment is very cute and very well maintained, Stéphanie is an available host who answers every question. I would not hesitate to take back this place when I return to the area.

Very good welcome by Richard, the apartment is very pleasant, very quiet, with a magnificent view of the bay of Cherbourg, very well equipped and impeccably clean. The bedding was to our liking. Parking space is a plus. No complaints, we recommend it without hesitation.
