The apartment is very cute, comfortable and quiet. Easy to get to, there are parking lots a few meters away to store the car. Great location. The host is very friendly.

Fran and his father Alberto were very responsive when I reached out to contact them. The location of the apartment in on Santa Fe avenue which is a rather busy street but at night the traffic slows down and I could not hear any noise from the street. The apartment is on the 5th floor (ground floor is 0). The location is excellent to reached cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, flower shops, bakery shops meat and produce stores. You can take the number 152 bus at the corner to go to Puerto Madero or La Boca. the main boulevard in BA, 9 de Julio is only 3 blocks to your right leaving the front door of the apartment building. Access to many locations can be reached by walking or taking a bus. The Sube car is a must. You can buy it at a convient store called 25 Horas. There is one at the airport. Don't use the ATM machines to get local currency. You can only get about $30 US dollars and they charge you $12 to get the maximum amount of 30,000 pesos. Go to Florida Ave to exchang

We had an excellent stay, Romina welcomed us, very friendly and kind. The apartment is as advertised, excellent location, very close to Rua Flórida, has several options of nearby restaurants, super quiet neighborhood. We really liked it. We love Buenos Aires and the friendliness of the Argentines, a very polite and friendly people.

We had an excellent hosting experience! The apartment is extremely well equipped and well maintained, with excellent quality linens and bath. David is a very attentive and very dear host. He gave great suggestions and took care of all the details so that we had a great trip. I'm sure we'll be back!

The view is unmatched! Everyone was kind and accommodating and there was a supermarket right next door in case you need snacks. Pablo also made recommendations on where to get other essential items. he always responded within the hour if not immediately AND the place had all the amenities listed

The apartment is conveniently located near the Metro bus and several interesting bars, restaurants and iconic places. Impeccable and clean. It is a rear-facing apartment with little natural light, but Laura and Alberto have made it cozy with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The building is being renovated, but it will surely be at the level of what Laura and Alberto's accommodation offers very soon. They represent the true spirit of Airbnb by being hosts who are there to welcome you and make you feel at home. I recommend it.

Carol’s apartment has stood the test of time very well, and you feel like you are transported back Buenos Aries around the time the apartment was built. But, Carol has lovingly tended to many key details of comfort: modern air conditioning, pristine refurbished kitchen, two en suite bathrooms. The apartment is close to the subway, bus, myriad of restaurants, grocery stores, and much more. This is a safe area and the building is always secure. The elevator to the second floor is still operating well and from the last century (very cool!). Carol allowed us flexible arrival and departure time which was very generous of her. Additionally, she arranged to have her driver Alex at our disposal to/from the airport, to/from the port. I can’t wait to return to Buenos Aries and stay here again!

Excellent service. The place is very nice and well kept. I appreciate the attention of leaving me coffee and other items for breakfast. I went to see a concert in Velez and I was comfortable with the distance. I recommend it.

Angel gave great instructions for check in and check out. The building is located in a central location that made it easy to walk to your activity, Sube station, or the store. Washer/ dryer is a great addition and worked well. The Sube card in the apt made it easy to get around the city, we just reloaded it and used it. The only drawback is that the walls are thin and you can hear conversations in the next apt over.

The apartment is excellent and matches the advertised images. Clean, quiet, well located, close to many wonderful restaurants, markets and bakeries, safe, well equipped, clean bed and bath linens in great condition. Cynthia is an excellent host. Attentive, responds to messages immediately and kindly. We recommend it and would come back.

A very comfortable and spacious apartment. It has an excellent kitchen that is a pleasure to use. The furniture is all very comfortable and of good quality. The bathroom is clean and a good size. The location is good, it is possible to walk to almost all the tourist spots in Buenos Aires. Recommended.

This place is breathtaking! Unbelievable view right over the famous Ricoleta cemetery. Wrap around balcony perfect for sipping wine and watching the sunset that is right behind the cemetery. Fabulous kitchen and modern clean bedroom, and HUGE closet going into bathroom, plus a second half bath so both of you can get ready at the same time. Restaurants and clubs right on the street below - which does lead to a bit of noise at night on weekends, but nothing awful or that earplugs can't fix (which I didn't need as I'm a sound sleeper). The hot tub on the top floor overlooking the cemetery is also fun, and we were the only ones there so had it to ourselves. Would not hesitate to recommend Soledad's place!! The location cannot be beat in Ricoleta!!

The apartment is a cute one! Exactly as in the description. The location is amazing, very close to excellent restaurants, in a safe and quiet area. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything was very clean!!! Mariano is uniquely kind... he always responded quickly to our questions and helped us with precise directions so that we could find what we needed. We had a very nice time!!!!!
