Had a great time visiting Crete...Agia Pelagia is a fab place to stay, it's a bit of a walk up a steep hill coming back from the sea front...but unless you have mobility problems don't let it put you off.

Niki is a lovely host, happy to help with anything and very friendly. The home is nice, cool during the hot days and in good location near the beach and supermarket. I would stay there again!

A very nice place to stay. Especially quiet in the preseason. Large outdoor space for your own use and drinking coffee directly by the sea😊. The interior is spacious, so you can feel comfortable indoors even in cooler temperatures. Communication great, fast and very friendly. Thanks Nikos! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The place was super clean and everything well maintained. Just felt right at home with an amazing view, great beds and a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Frangokastello for a week with our three children in the fall. We were very warmly welcomed by the hosts and even received various regional foods as gifts, including feta, pastries and citrus fruits. The accommodation itself offers everything you need. We especially liked the oven and the proximity to the beach. In the low season, the place is very, very quiet, there are only a handful of taverns in the whole area and a few supermarkets that are open. But that didn't bother us any further.

Holiday home from home. everything good. Vassilis very helpful with lots of good extras in room. Studio clean, bright airy, good WiFi with large kitchen area, Expresso coffee machine. Bathroom a tad small, but works. Sleep quiet with shutters closed, Beach 5 minutes walk. Bus stop to Heraklion and airport 3 minutes. Private parking space. Manolis was very responsive. He even showed up personally when we had some miscommunications as to where to park the car. We loved the location. It was a very convenient walk to the area we wanted to be. The apartment had an outdoor terrace with a great view of the water, and was spacious and clean. We would stay here again if we came back to Chania.

If you are looking for peace, you will find it here. We came to 3, 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed let us sleep in peace at night. The house is not big, offers if you organize well, but plenty of space. The bathroom, we are people of almost 1.90, it was a bit cramped. But the large terrace and huge garden offered plenty of space. The kitchen is very well equipped, we cooked a lot, sometimes using the grill, integrated on the terrace (see photo). The basics oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, were provided. There was wine and pastries from the house to welcome you. We were received very nicely by Natasa on site. Although we arrived an hour late, it was already 9pm. Everything was also straightforward when we left. We didn't want to check out until 11, which was no problem. The approach to the house can be found very well via Google Maps. If you leave the village road, you go on a gravel path, along a nursery, to the destination.

The villa is a most beautiful place for a relaxed family vacation. Quiet, spacious and with all the amenities for a relaxed stay. The next town is nearby, only a few minutes away by car. The local support is excellent, very friendly, very responsive and alert. All in all, a very recommendable place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is very lovingly furnished, clean and has a fantastic location right on the beach. The surrounding area is perfect for sightseeing (close to Chania, Aptera) and hiking. The hosts were very easy to reach and very friendly - there were even some Greek delicacies to welcome us. We really enjoyed our stay. We were 4 adults, 1 toddler and 1 dog. We are very satisfied with the villa and would love to come back next year. The villa has a private pool and a private entrance to the beach. However, water at the beach was dirty most of the time and wasn’t really comfortable to swim there with a baby, also because of the rock bottom, so we were driving to different public beaches. You must have a car, because due to the weather conditions it wasn’t possible to us to walk anywhere near.

We had a great stay at the villa for a week during a shoulder period. The proximity of the villa to a fabulous cafe and restaurant was great, with only a short 100m walk to both. The villa is super comfortable and decorated tastefully. Nikos arranged a hire car to be dropped off and picked up from us at the villa which was so convenient. We had a late check in and arranged to find some sandwiches from the cafe in the fridge, a bowl of drukte, bottle of wine and biscuits - a very welcome surprise. This is a great option to come and stay even during the low season.

This house was unbelievable! The location was gorgeous and perfect. It felt private but also accessible and we LOVED the little town. The amenities and entire home were a dream and made our vacation perfect. The only thing better was STAVROS the host! He was AMAZING! Left us treats, helped us multiple times with recommendations, and even brought us freshly pressed oil! We definitely hope to be back!

I loved my stay here, and only wish I had booked my stay for longer! The villa was truly high-end and every detail was thoughtful. They had everything you could possibly need and the host made sure you were comfortable and cared for. The outdoor balcony/pool was relaxing and special, with a beautiful view of the sea. It was also close to several delicious restaurants and within walking distance of downtown Rethymno. I want to come back and bring my friends for a longer stay! A special thank you to Marianna for making my check-in extra smooth!

Fantastic villa with beautiful pool and view. Downstairs at the sea you can watch nice snorkeling and fishing thanks to the super clear water. We and our kids enjoyed it. First village is 30 minutes drive so provide plenty of groceries.

Amazing villa in a really beautiful location. House is very private and great to explore the south coast from. We loved the pool and gorgeous sunsets.

We live Eleni’s villa. Superbly well equipped spotless and great location. We were greeted with lots of home baked goodies (delicious) fruit wine and raki’s. They brought extra toys for our 22 month old and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Second visit and hopefully not the last. Thank you (both) eleni’s for all you did to make our holiday so Memorable. Anne

Villa Oliv was a lovely place for our family and we loved calling it home during our stay! The house is just as described and Claudia was so attentive and responsive. The pool was so nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the openness of the home.

Beautiful villa by the sea. The house is very well equipped, we did not lack anything. All three bedrooms are very comfortable and the bedding is excellent. The view from the house is exceptional, there is direct access to a beautiful beach, wild, we loved it! Can't wait to come back! Georges was very welcoming and always attentive. He gave us some very good places to eat and we really appreciated the attention when we arrived. There was wine, olive oil, sodas… Thank you so much, we had a great holiday 😊

The two villas were absolutely perfect for our group of two families, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax. Eleni was very attentive she greeted us and offered early checkin and offered us some cozy suggestions on how to spend our time since it is off season, nothing was too much trouble. The villas had everything we needed, and the rooftop sauna was a standout feature we thoroughly enjoyed. The nearby beach, just a 5-minute stroll away and the area offers plenty of walking space.

We were totally delighted with the place and its amenities. Something I hadn't realized and which is a disturbing hair are the parties at the pool next door twice a week. Apart from that, everything is perfect. The hosts are charming and the two owners are very attentive. We will come back without hesitation.

Peaceful garden and lovely house, we enjoyed our time a lot!

Close to a nice beach and bus stop for a 10 min trip into town. We were able to walk to get anything we needed. Although unit was sparsely equipped and kitchenette was tiny we were able to create a meal or two. Hosts were great and helpful, providing directions and assistance immediately upon request. Pool is tiny but cute. We would stay again

What a spot. We loved it. It’s more beautiful than one can see from photos. You can hear the sea lap the shore night. The yoga mats and full kitchen were also favorites. We LOVED sunset at our beach each night or on a walk to the other nearby beaches. It was wonderful. Aliki was a very responsive host with recommendations for hikes and beaches.
