The space is a complete private with own entrance to the Cozy room and no any shared with another. It is first floor of the brand new townhouse. The commodious parking space in front of the door without permit. The building where is in the shopping center and nearby grocery store, restaurants, movie theaters and Dulles airport. An Excellent and the beautiful community where is. It’s very. convenient, quiet and peaceful location for stay. Since 2019 started Airbnb, most of my guests(99% are very satisfied and enjoyed their staying. This is my goal to do Airbnb and l am happy to be super host. Appreciate all my guests! Beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Horse farm near Manassas Battlefield.

Comfortable accommodations for horses and the people traveling with them. Private suite, private entrance (bedroom, bath, kitchenette) + 2 RV hookups water/electric. 6 stalls - nice paddock turnout. Lighted arena. Close to: Manassas Battlefield (25 mile trail); Skymeadow State Park (nice trails); several hunt clubs; VRE connections - to METRO; 3 miles to Manassas airport. Not accepting pets for the time being. Several wineries and breweries within 12 miles - ONLY 6 miles to Jiffy Lube Live.

A convertible futon couch with a 65-inch TV, awaits your binge-watching sessions. A washer/dryer and full kitchen, w/refrigerator and stove complete the space.

Newly renovated downstairs studio apt. It is it's own apartment, but there is a shared laundry. 2.7 miles to Reston Town Center, Herndon, & the Reston metro. 15 minutes from Tyson's Corner and Dulles Airport. Washington, DC. Includes WIFI, washer/ dryer use, and Netflix. Private full bathroom. Private kitchen. The kitchen doesn’t have a stove. It has a microwave, plug-in burner, fridge and freezer, and a toaster oven that can fit a pizza. No guests are allowed that are not on reservation.

Welcome to the The loft at Lakeside! The loft is a completely separate space that comes with its own entrance and parking space. The loft consists of a spacious bedroom with a walk-in closet. There is a full bathroom in the bedroom and a half bath near the kitchen. The main space consists of spacious Kitchen that sits right next to the cozy family room, with a large couch. It also has a full laundry room for anyone looking to take home clean clothes after an amazing stay at The Loft.

Located just minutes away from George Mason University. Less than a mile to Burke Lake Park, great for trail hiking, canoeing and fishing (not swimming). The Park also features a golf driving range and an 18-hole, par 3 golf course. The accommodation is an in-law suite with private entrance, 4K TV (for use with streaming services such as NETFLIX and HULU), Wi-Fi and a Keurig Coffee machine, microwave, small refrigerator.
