Monthly Rentals in Res. Las Filipinas

What a very nice place! The apartment is very comfortable, good kitchen, nice bathroom and a super good bed. Everything is very new and clean. We were very pleased that the apartment is on the ground floor, so you can walk into the garden from the terrace. The terrace is also very convenient to the sun. During the time we were there (November, December) it is nice that you have the sun on the terrace all day. The apartment complex is very quiet and the shared garden and pool is perfectly maintained. We had a great time for 6 weeks! Oh yes, the contact with Nathalie (contact person on the spot) and Manuel went very well!

We had a great week at Izzy's place. Hannah was really helpful during our stay. The apartment was fully equipped! even with sunbeds that we used to go to the beach. We would definitely come back next year!

The apartment was clean and bright and in a perfect location. Fred was a responsive host and was happy to help whenever we had any issues. Would recommend and will be back!
