The accommodation is even better than in the photos. It has absolutely all the amenities to walk around there for a few days without any problems. The kitchen is fully equipped (which is appreciated) and they have the thoughtfulness to leave absolutely everything you need such as oil, salt, gel... The welcome is great and in person and if you have any questions they respond quickly. Great accommodation for children and dogs, there is plenty of space. We were very comfortable.

We were welcomed to this beautiful villa with everything we needed to feel comfortable - the pictures do it justice! Communication was easy, recommendations were great and well received. We did think about hiring a car but decided not to and travelled by taxis and train to explore others towns as Teulada is quiet. Great time had by all and would definitely return.

Villa was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Bed’s super comfy. 100% would book again. I’m also a very fussy sleeper, and I slept great here, lovely and quiet.

We had a tremendous stay at Tanya’s. Everything was absolutely immaculate and both the home and the surroundings are pure paradise. Susana, Tanya’s friendly and helpful co-host welcomed us and showed us everything we needed making for a super smooth arrival. Our children rated the place 100 out of 100 and really loved the pool and exploring the incredible tiered back garden. It was very peaceful and tranquil here and we had everything needed for a beautiful break. We wished we could have stayed longer. It felt like pure luxury and is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in.

The house is located in a perfect spot with amazing views! The rooms are big with comfortable beds and nice decorations. The master bedroom on the top floor is more like a studio than a room. The kitchen was fully equipped and a pleasure to use. We visited in December/January so we could not enjoy the sun on the terrazzo but it was easy to imagine how wonderful it would have been during the summer season.

We stayed in Olena’s villa for 8 days with two small children. Beautiful villa with a nice big pool that was even heated. There was everything we needed to cook food and enjoy nice days. Olena was always friendly and answered fast if there was any issues. Really great value. Would come again 🙏🌞

Everything was great I highlight the proximity to the beach, the tranquility and spaciousness of the house with very nice outdoor spaces. I also highlight the number of facilities the house has, especially the barbecue, paella, kitchen. Finally, the ease of communication. As a point of improvement, I think that if there is no rental the next day, you should consider extending the check-out and matching it to the check-in time (4:00 pm) at no extra cost. Since if you pay for two days and there are no other reservations, it should be considered.

From start to finish Roxane was amazing, communication was always fast and helpful, she certainly deserves her super host status! Dominique and her husband welcomed us to the villa, they were super friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for an ultra modern villa then this is not for you, it’s a beautiful traditional Spanish family home, full of character that is well loved and feels like a home from home. We were a family of 9 and there was plenty of space for us. The indoor space is large but it’s the outdoor space that is the real eye catcher. 360 degree views and seating along with a stunning pool area. The close proximity to the village means we could easily walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. The villa was clean, private, secure and peaceful. There are not enough words to praise Roxane and her home. We loved every minute of our visit (except the mosquitos), we would highly recommend it and are already looking to book next year. An amazing trip for all ages!

Beautiful villa, gorgeous furniture and pool. Plenty of space for large family of 12. Outside kitchen was amazing! Marcel our host always responsive. Stunning holiday home with great WiFi speed. Beautiful gardens and views of the mountain. Very thoughtful hosts left some drinks and cava. For our arrival. Thank you. Children loved the table tennis. Good laundry facilities. Only negatives are that there were no hand towels for drying hands in any bathrooms and not enough tea towels in the kitchen for 12 people. Only 2 provided. Fridge was not cold enough and food spoiled quickly. Very very very difficult to get taxis anywhere in Denia , so get ready for lots of walking. Restaurant down the road is fabulous, huge food portions, tasty cuisine and lovely staff. Overall and fabulous holiday!

Very nice and beautiful house that has everything needed. We were between 3 and 9 people who enjoyed our stay. Large pool!

stunning views, awesome pool, Oranges everywhere. we stayed in April and the orange blossoms smelled amazing. the house has everything you need and more. 10/10 if you want to spend the weekend with a view and good friends

A beautiful house, very suited to a large family. Was very peaceful. The pool was amazing a really good size for a family of 11 that we were . Located well for travelling around the local villages. Altea old town and Calpe are particularly beautiful. The only downside was the balcony wall structure it was such so our 18 month old could have got through to a big drop so we used the sun loungers and anything available to barricade this off , it didn’t spoil our holiday at all as we wouldn’t have left him alone by the pool but something to be careful about . The washing machine and dishwasher a real bonus. There’s no bins to get rid of your rubbish nearby . This is no fault of the owners just one of those things. You do need a car to get around the marina is a 20 minute walk away and is lovely but bit too far for the children. Supermarket is 10 minutes walk away , if you arrive late bear in mind there’s no food or cleaning products in the house as stated in the description .

The group had the most amazing time at this villa in Denia. The house was incredibly well equipped with everything we needed and more. The photos honestly don’t do it justice as it’s even more beautiful in person. The outdoor space was absolutely stunning with plenty of room to relax, dine, and enjoy the sunshine. The host was really informative and helpful which made everything so easy. Denia itself is a beautiful place with so much to explore. We truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back.

The villa was excellent, it had everything we needed. The communication was great and we couldn’t have been happier with the stay. 4mins walk from the beach 🏖️

Great villa and pool, lots of nice beaches nearby

We had the pleasure of calling this home our retreat for 10 days with extended family. The home is massive and will easily accommodate a larger party and maintain privacy for when desired. The location of the villa has breathtaking views and minutes to the quant town of Banissa. Robert and Jennifer were easily reached for questions and recommendations. The only downside to the trip was having to leave this oasis! We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything Robert!

Everything is great, the house is very clean, tidy and complies with what is shown in the photos. The owners are very friendly and helpful with any suggestions from their guests. An entire experience, both during the stay at the house and in the surrounding environment. Super recommended and trip to repeat.

An absolutely lovely villa - splendid pool, a number of places to sit in various spaces in the garden - and full sky access to BBC, ITV and sky sports, which was an unexpected bonus! We will certainly be looking to return.

Mairi's house is a great option to visit Jávea. It has all the features that a vacation home should have, and is therefore ideal to enjoy every moment of your stay. The house and the property are better than what the photos show... a swimming pool and wonderful surroundings, the views, ample space to park 2-3 cars on the property. The house has a thousand stylish and tasteful details, the air conditioning is perfect, the spaces to eat are diverse and well thought out, the bedrooms and kitchen are spacious... in short, a really very good vacation home.
