Great studio,Comfortable bed. Plenty of room for 2 ,The condon was clean, well supplied and well maintained and the check in/out process was easy and accommodating. The property was beautiful and the location was perfect for us. Near everything we needed, including good restaurants.

Everything went wonderfully. Very clean apartment and in line with the photographs presented. Thorough cleaning done every day. The only small downside is the road near the apartment's terrace, which is very busy and very noisy during the day. I would still highly recommend it.

It's a beautiful apartment, value for money on PNR of this standard it's just unbeatable. Attention to details, service and hospitality (staff, housekeeper...), amenities available, in short this apartment is ideal for a pleasant stay on PNR near the beach in a very attractive area (Wharf). I felt at home directly and above all very comfortable. Wonderful apartment with one of the best views on the beach. The photos posted on Airbnb are beautiful, but on site, the apartment is even more beautiful. It's as if I was at home, because everything is there: a few groceries, cooking utensils, water glasses, wine glasses, plates, trays, pots, kitchen appliances, etc. Everything is of quality. I just had to put my bags down and do some errands. The neighborhood is just great. Quiet. The staff is very welcoming, available and attentive. I'll probably come back to that 😉 Thank you so much for this premium service and the flexibility regarding the check out time. Thanks to Mr. Hermann, Mr. Benot, the housekeeper and caretakers.

Hands down the best place to stay in brazzaville. An absolute sanctuary in the nicest part of town, with a gracious and east to communicate with host.

We stayed in 3 nights and it was a lovely stay. Great location, lovely view of the beach, walkable to some beach bars and restaurants, and easy to get a taxi to go anywhere in PNR. There was a slight issue with the bed but once we let the host know it was quickly addressed and fixed. I recommend staying here for a nice and relaxing time.

As a regular Airbnb traveler, I have stayed in many places around the world. However, Simplice's apartment in the Congo stands out as one of the nicest, best-located, and most affordable accommodations I have ever experienced. My stay on the 6th floor provided me with a stunning view of the Congo River. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and modern, and it had everything I needed to feel at home. The staff was also exceptional, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Our cleaning lady kept the apartment spotless, and Lionel at the reception desk was always happy to arrange a taxi to pick me up at the gate. Overall, my stay at Simplice's apartment was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I would highly recommend this accommodation to any traveler looking for a comfortable, affordable, and convenient place to stay in the Congo.

very friendly and a cool host, I loved everything about my stay

A very nice apartment, well furnished with a very nice view of the river from the dining room and the bridge from the kitchen. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom and are equipped with a very large flat screen TV, in addition to the one in the living room. The beds are huge with good bedding and the bathrooms are beautiful! It's really a luxurious apartment and it's very nice to rest there after a day of walking in Brazzaville. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Simplice but her nephew welcomed us with great kindness. On the other hand, we greatly appreciated Simplice's flexibility as to our check-in and checkout times. It touched us a lot. On the other hand, he is very responsive to any questions we may have.

A place that I recommend for short family and anyone who wants to stay. Very clean and secure apartment. Not forgetting a small bar no need to go out for buying drink

My husband and his family really enjoyed their stay at this apartment. It was private, spacious, clean and well maintained also in a central location. Thanks a lot to Chekinah who was highly responsive and Grace was very helpful at all time. I highly recommend this accommodation👌🏽 and I’ll surely come back again.
