The apartment is 3 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the historic center. A west facing balcony that sleeps two or three people opens onto the street. The quiet room overlooks a courtyard. There is no vis-a-vis. Plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, and cultural venues nearby. The decoration is contemporary with older objects usually heathered. Apart from the bedroom and enclosed bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and dining area form the same space.

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

You will be accommodated in a duplex apartment in one of the oldest buildings in Rennes, dating from 1657, which overlooks the Place des Lices, close to all sites and amenities. this apartment awaits you for a short 100% Breton stay. On Saturday you can enjoy the second largest market in France, the Lices market and discover the fresh products of the Rennes region and its sausage galette. Optional parking €10 per night to be requested in advance.
