“This is my first experience staying in an AirBnB with a host on premises. I only came upon Tom's place because I forget to tick "entire place to yourself" from the filters. I was immediately hooked by the pics and the reviews, and in a wild moment, my husband and I decided to dispense with all our travel familiarities and book with Tom. Zero regrets. The pictures don't do Tom's place justice. We fished and caught crabs from the dock, rode our bikes around his expansive grounds, played tether ball, relaxed in the hammocks, s'mores around the firepit. We kayaked on the creek and floated in tubes and my kids hot tubbed. Tom's kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. There are HUGE teevees, loaded with streaming and gaming platforms, but we were too busy outside. Tom, thank you letting us crowd your fridge and your home. You gave us back two fold, straight from your heart. I enjoyed every moment on the porch, all our convos, and sharing this space was terrific. You are the real deal. Love & mad respect, The Marshall & Sam Sam the Dawg.”

“Charlie's place was perfect for myself and three kids, (11, 10,and 7). We would not have known about wonderful Vir-Mar beach had Charlie not left a description and directions- it was the perfect spot for my kids to let off steam the evening of our arrival. Charlie was very attentive and we couldnt have asked for anything better than Bull Neck Cottage for our little Northen Neck getaway. Oh and we were close enough to do a ride on the Rappahannock with Richard, on his beautiful Deadrise, the Chatty Lou. He is a partner with Virginia Heritage Watermen's tours and it was just perfect! https://rappahannock-roundstern.business.site/website/rappahannock-roundstern/”

“A wonderful place for a social distancing vacation! Quiet, peaceful with amazing views! We fished, crabbed, sat by the fire pit, played games--the perfect getaway!! Tammy was the perfect host and provide more amenities then we could ask for! It was like staying at your friend's home! She made us feel very welcome! Great neighbors who always offered a wave and a hello! One note to future guests- the 2 twin beds (bunk beds) are very close together and would be perfect for little ones but not so much for adults. Overall a great vacation spot I would definitely recommend! Ps-- try Cockrell Creek Seafood Market in Reedville for fresh seafood at great prices! Only about 25 minutes away!!”
