NZ beach life at it's best - keeping it simple at this peaceful and centrally located self-contained flat. We are a mere 7 minute walk to the beach (~500 metres). Enjoy the sea breezes, the sussuration of the ocean waves and beautiful coastal or estuary walks. There is a park nearby, a surf club, and easily accessible bevy of shops (Four Square grocery, restaurants and bakeries, laundromat, and a spirits store) in Red Beach or venture just a little further to Orewa for more cafes and restaurants

The shops, supermarkets , cafes, restaurants/bars, take aways and fast foods are 1km walk. Included in your stay is the unlimited use of canoes and paddle boards- life jackets provided. We only offer a quiet , comfortable room to stay in - Parties, visitors and binge drinking are not allowed.

Only a quick walk to the beach and Manly village there is plenty to keep you occupied and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.
