Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

The location is easy to find, spacious, has kitchen tools, there is hot water for the shower, the only shortcoming was no laundry service for long-term stays, everything else was great

The house is very spacious and nice, it has everything to have a pleasant stay. And the patio is great to share among a group of friends, very comfortable everything. The house is very well located, it is in a very quiet sector, where there are several supermarkets nearby, among others. Jorge is a very concerned and flexible host at the same time, I was always attentive if anything was needed. In short, everything goes out very well and the stay was great. I'm sure we'll be back.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable house. All the amenities you can ask for. Completely fenced in and secure. Amazing privacy. A great place to stay especially if you have a car, because the parking is awesome and the location is close to several major thorougfares, so you can get to anywhere you want to be in Santiago in no time. Our host was awesome. I would recommend this place to anybody. I'll definitely be looking for it the next time I'm in Santiago.

The place was very clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view of Santiago and the mountains was stunning, and communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend!

A beautiful house and a privilege to stay there...

We thought it was great, location, access, very nice. I recommend installing blackout curtains in the main room because of the morning light. Rodrigo let us check out an hour later.

There were 4 of us in this amazing apartment! Everyone was super comfortable. Clean bathrooms, towels and linens, super-equipped kitchen... and the spectacular view! The apartment is a few meters from a super complete mall, a beautiful park... Very well located and safe. 24-hour concierge, very good garage too. Priscila sent us all the information, we checked in smoothly. She responds quickly to all questions. We felt at home, we would definitely come back!

Carolina's place was great. It was walkable to a subway and provided a parking spot for our car. It was a just a little tricky to find the parking garage, and you have to buzz in and out of it, but the concierges at the apartment complex were very friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself was very clean with towels, soap and shampoo all provided. Would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Santiago!

We stayed three months at Bruno and Ximena's house, nice and always very attentive to our needs. We had a great time. The house is really nice and very well-equipped: a real home. We also thank Mrs. Maria Luisa who came once a week for cleaning and linen change, professional, discreet, respectful and caring to the point, for example, of organizing many containers with water in the house on the occasion of the national electric blackout of February, which occurred in our absence on her day of service, although the public drinking water tap in the garden has always worked. A positive note is also deserved by the location of the apartment, in a quiet area, very close to public transport, very well served in the surroundings for every type of daily need and from which you can also walk to areas such as Via Irrarazaval where you can really find everything.

The place matches the description, very quiet and well connected. The house was spotless everything clean and tidy, the interior patio was very beautiful, with fruit trees that gives it a unique touch that my parents loved. I also went with my dog and she really enjoyed lounging in the garden, we were also close to the park. Access to closed parking entrance was very helpful, in my case for the Transfer to pick us up in comfort. I would be happy to stay again. Thank you very much for everything

The accommodation is exactly as described on the page, it is located in a quiet area of Las Condes, the building has 24-hour security, its concierges are very concerned about security. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the bedding, towels, everything was impeccable and seemed new, thank you. In addition, María Jose and Benjamín are always available to respond to any request. We had a spectacular stay. The building is very quiet, the area where it is located is unbeatable and the apartment, having a patio (instead of a balcony), was a super safe option to be with a one-and-a-half year old baby. The apartment's facilities are excellent. Nothing is missing! The bed, being huge, was the option chosen for the 3 of us to sleep in a super comfortable way. Without a doubt, if we return to Santiago, we will choose them again.
