Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

In the immediate vicinity there are some restaurants & wine taverns. The apartment (about 40 square meters) on the first floor of the house we live in can accommodate 2 to 3 guests. Comfortable holiday home in the heart of old town Ahrweiler. Completly remodeled appartment in a landmarked town house of 1765. The station is just about 5 minutes away. This also apllies to the famous "Rotweinwanderweg". For a fast shopping or a cup of coffee you just have to leave the front door. Free WiFi available. It's a quiet place but right in the middle.

From the moment we arrived until the moment of departure, our stay at this property was a great experience. Everything was right: The communication in advance was smooth and clear, and upon arrival the accommodation turned out exactly as described – maybe even better. The space was spotless, stylishly decorated and equipped with all the comforts we needed. The bed was lovely, the bathroom was modern and hygienic, and the kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare a meal yourself. What we especially appreciated was the tranquility and privacy we experienced. We felt like we were really away from the hustle and bustle. In short: this accommodation has fully met our expectations. Everything was taken care of to the last detail, and we would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

A very nice house within walking distance of the woods. You can walk wonderfully in a beautiful, but also quiet area. The jacuzzi is lovely after a long walk. The only sound you hear in the morning are the birds singing. In the evening it is quiet. The shutters in front of the windows are also nice when sleeping. Enjoyed wonderfully!
