We were very happy with the place. ● Flexible check in ● Place was easy to find ● spacious parking space on the premises ● You immediately felt at home ● The kitchen was superbly equipped ● Even a crib was on site ● The beds were very cozy Of course, we were also very lucky during our stay and on all days a bright blue sky. So all in all a very nice holiday.

To start with, My wife and 11 month old son arrived a day before me to this amazing stay and Mike picked them up from airport , he even went and bought a car seat ! The house itself is very private , parking is perfect specially if you are from another country , don’t have to worry about Emissions decals or so, i parked my Jeep Wrangler and still had plenty of space left … it worked out well since train station is about 10 mins away . Very clean and comfortable beds , and the space is insane! The children’s room is connected to the master room which is perfectly ideal for new parents. Kitchen has every tool needed to survive anything! Living room is huge ! Heater works perfectly! Access to the house is very easy ! Host is Helpful and Caring! What more can you ask for?

We stayed with Stefan for 2 nights and enjoyed the stay very much. Stefan was very friendly and helpful and we were able to explore the beautiful surroundings in bright sunshine. With a visit to the Tyrolean Festival in Erl. Highly recommended in all. If our son plays in Erl again in the summer, we would love to stay with Stefan and Moni again!

Irmi is a very generous host. The location of the apartment is great as you are right at Chiemsee with access to restaurants and the ferry. A lot of great activities in the area. The apartment is spacious and ideal for two people, well equipped. I was only missing a wash machine and it would have been all perfectly sorted . Thanks a lot for the wonderful stay.

We were very happy to stay in Gabriele's airbnb place in Sankt Johann - it was walking distance from the town and close to many attractions of the area. On our last evening we walked up to Tannweg to the Gasthof on the mountain behind us - wonderful views and super place to be staying. My 8 year old son spent a lot of time in the pool behind our apartment and we all enjoyed the peaceful location a great deal. Thanks very much!

Clean accommodation, very beautiful, modern. Peaceful in the heart of nature. Breathtaking views of the valley. On our side we were there for the winter, skiing. I retained the address and why not come back for another season, or in the summer. Thank you for this wonderful stay, I recommend it 100%

Large house for up to 12 guests near the lake/mountains

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. We were looking for a place to escape the New Year's hustle and bustle of the big city and the place was perfect for it. Quiet, clean, cozy, close to the lake, parks, hiking trails, a few cozy restaurants and cafes. Wonderful place to stay in the heart of the Alps foothills with a great host, unconditionally recommended.

We stayed with a group of couples/friends at Theresia's place. The place was great, think you can't be closer to nature! The adjacent ski resorts are easy to reach by foot or by ski bus. And the ski resorts in the Zillertal speak for themselves. Theresia was a great hostess and was available for questions at any time. We will be happy to come back!

Had a great stay in Gallzein! The cabin is quiet and perfect for a few days rest in the mountains. The amenities are basically completely fine, only in the kitchen we would have liked a few more bowls/ functional pans. But absolutely not worth a point deduction, you could just bring it yourself next time. Car is mandatory and to get from A to B or to shop but that's also normal. 😊
