The little house on the garden

NeideRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Special highlight for the service provided by mr. Matteo and family. They are all very friendly, welcoming and helpful, we feel like in our own home. The place is a charm, our dog liked the garden very much and demonstrated his happiness in returning to the house every time we went out. Easy access to a Carrefour Express, bakery, docery and laundry. Although they had offered their washing machine, due to the rainy weather we preferred the laundry nearby. We spend very pleasant days and recommend the accommodation.

Terrace on the Borghetto

Graziano's apartment is large, comfortable, clean, super-stocked and located in a very convenient location for those like us who wanted to visit Anghiari,Citerna, Città di Castello and San Sepolcro. I did not meet Graziano personally, but he was always present and attentive to responding to messages. I find the value of the house great and the cleanliness (alas not so obvious) is excellent.

"L'ippocastano" apartment

FranziskaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My stay at Eleonora’s was wonderful! The apartment was full of charm and had an authentic Tuscan vibe. The garden was a highlight—spacious and green, perfect for my dog to roam freely. The location was great, very peaceful with scenic walking routes right behind the house. It’s also perfectly situated for exploring the region—close to charming local towns with markets and within easy reach of bigger cities like Florence for day trips. Eleonora and Giulia were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Communication was always clear and helpful. One thing to keep in mind is that heating and electricity is an additional cost and can be quite expensive (which Eleonora was very transparent about). Given the overall value of the stay, I found this to be reasonable, but it’s something to consider, especially in colder months when keeping the pellet stove running is essential. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’d love to return!
