We had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was warm, cozy, and incredibly relaxing—exactly what we were looking for. The hot tub and sauna were absolute highlights, perfect for the relaxation we were looking for.. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking spices and essentials we needed, which made it so easy to prepare meals without having to run to the store. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into making this place feel like home. We can’t wait to come back!

This Airbnb experience was truly exceptional! As a frequent Airbnb user over the past 10 years, I can confidently say this stay was a standout and one of my all-time favorites. Kevin was phenomenal—responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His warm hospitality made everything smooth and enjoyable, and I’m so grateful. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, making cooking dinner convenient and fun. The living areas were spacious, with incredibly comfortable sofas perfect for relaxing. The sunroom, with its stunning view, was a highlight of my mornings and evenings. I already miss the view with my morning tea! The beds were firm—not a downside, but worth noting for future guests—and provided a great night’s sleep. I would gladly book this place again; it truly set a high standard for Airbnb stays!

Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.

We’ve stayed a lot of places in the area and we will be booking this one again! Very clean, spacious, convenient. We did wish there was a full size pool table! But everything was really nice and we can’t wait to book again for our next ATV adventures!

Such a beautiful property! The river & waterfall are gorgeous! Would live to come back in summer to enjoy the outside. We visited in Jan for my sons wedding but would love to come back in warmer weather. The hone is so cozy and was very clean. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

My friends and I had a great time staying here for our ski trip! Nicholas’s listing was a great find for the price. The drive up there was gorgeous and everything was exactly as described. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The pictures don’t do it justice, beautiful space and the views of Sunday River and the surrounding area are amazing! Michael was very flexible and responsive and we have this earmarked for a return visit!

We enjoyed our stay at Barbara's place for many reasons: easy check-in, beautiful, peaceful setting with the river and woods behind the home, very thoughtfully furnished with guests' needs in mind (including the pets), clear instructions for use and care of things in the space. Our stay at Tim & Joanne’s was great! We’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Anytime we had a question they were quick to help. The place itself is very cozy and we felt very comfy. The only thing we wish is it were a bit closer to Mt. Abram, which is where we were skiing, but that only applies to our situation. Overall it was a great place to stay with great hosts!

Suzanne was a wonderful host- very responsive to our texts. Her home is beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is great for winter activities , restaurants and breweries.

Great spot, less than half an hour from sugarloaf and considerably less expensive, very home away from home feel with everything you could need and more, very responsive and helpful hosts!

We had a wonderful weekend in Newry. Kevin was quick to answer any questions we had. The space is beautifully decorated and just enough space for the two of us. It was peaceful and private. We missed out on snowmobiling due to the warm weather but we enjoyed riding our e-bikes. We will definitely return with our machines next winter. Thank you so much for everything!

Great place to stay, perfect condo very close to the mountain / places to eat. Highly recommend staying here for ski days at Sunday River

Accurate listing as far as the space/amenities go. Hard to say it's truly ski on/ski off as there's a bit of a walk to the Sawduster lift (2-chair that brings you to the base lodge) 5-10min. $1450 for 2 nights in the spring time ( reggae fest) felt a bit much we booked late. Lots of instructions to follow but that seems like all AirBnBs these days.

Great place to stay while visiting my son at Colby College. Less than 10 minutes from campus. Clean, quiet, with all the necessities. Be sure to go to Shelby's Deli for lunch! The only reason not to write an amazing review is I want to be able to book it again when I visit haha!

Had an excellent stay at this wonderful condo on the mountain. Clean, easily accessible and well furnished! (The chocolates were a nice touch!)
