Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Randwick City Council

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this modern penthouse in Rosebery, and it exceeded my expectations. The apartment was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The contemporary design and tasteful decor created a welcoming atmosphere. The location is fantastic—situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore Sydney. There are numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, adding to the convenience. The host was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, ensuring a seamless check-in process and providing helpful local tips. The secure building and quiet surroundings made for a restful stay. I highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable accommodation in Sydney. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

Stayed for a week, would highly recommend, great location and very homely. Excellent base for visiting Sydney and loads to do if you want to stay local in Coogee. The flat is also great if you want a day or night to stay in and relax as has everything you need. Would definitely look to stay here again if we get the chance to return from uk.

Great location, loved the beach, restaurants and shops in walking distance. Parking was a challenge on some days, but just had to circle around the neighborhood a few times to find something - probably due to the end of year holidays. Super quiet neighborhood, very relaxing.

Maria was great with her communication and checking in was very easy. Maria’s unit was as is in the photos, no surprises. We had beautiful weather and the open doors to the small balcony was welcoming, lovely views over the water. Easy walk into Maroubra where we found a couple of nice restaurants and cafes, but the hike back up the hill is not for the faint hearted. We did do this a few times, however, there is a bus stop directly in front so very easy for those not wanting to tackle the hill. There is a car space for those who have a car. Easily accessible via public transport or uber to the airport or city. And Coogee close by for great food and entertainment and beautiful beaches. Great location, would definitely recommend!

Adrian's place is wonderful and you should jump at the opportunity to stay in this cute flat. I spent a whole month there and seriously didn't want to leave. The flat is perfectly proportioned, with a fully stocked ktichen area, a living room, bedroom, separate bathroom and two (!) balconies. There are lots of nice extras such as wonderful shower gel being provided but also the fact that there is a laundry room right next door. Adrian is super responsive, curteous, friendly and generally very helpful. The location is just perfect -- quiet yet close to everything. It's right next to a wonderful park, where I went running tons, about 5 mins from a supermarket/green grocer and bus stops that bring you to CBD /Bondi but also very close to Crown street with a bevvy of restauaunrts, bars, little shops. In short: This is a perfect little abode away from home. Thank you so much, Adrian!

Apartment was in a good location with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops near by. Well connected to the city centre and all of the main tourist attractions.

Christian is a fantastic host. He was very kind, and supportive throughout my stay from check-in to check-out (which was a longer stay of just under 6 weeks.). The apartment is amazing! It is exactly as shown in the photos on the listing. It is clean, well stocked and very comfortable to stay in. It has everything needed for either short or long term stays. The building itself is very quiet, clean and safe/secure. The location is excellent - across from a park and a shopping centre (with groceries, cafes, restaurants etc.). There is also a bus that stops across the road that will take you into the main CBD (which you can see some of in the distance from the apartments balcony...).

Sarah’s place was exactly as described! It was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay and more. The apartment was spotless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casa Coggee! Thank you Sarah for your recommendations, help and kindness during our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Amelia Place and I can't recommend it enough! The space was exactly as described in the listing. It felt welcoming and comfortable right from the start. Amelia was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. They even granted us a late check-out, which was a fantastic bonus! Overall, a fantastic experience! I would definitely stay at Amelia Place again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

My family enjoyed our stay in Randwick very much. Yj's place is on a quiet residential street, a short (uphill) walk to the commercial center of town with lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, and transit. Convenient to the beach and easy to get in to Sydney CBD. It's a very pretty area. It was nice to have a dehumidifier on each floor. Be sure to empty the tanks before going to sleep so you aren't woken up by beeping. There was plenty of hot water for showers. The kitchen was fine for cooking, just check for the equipment/tools you need before going shopping (e.g. there was no colander or strainer). We used the dishwasher, washer, and dryer and they all worked well. The dryer vents into the room so you must run the dehumidifier and fan, and that works fine. There was a musty smell when we ran the AC. Yj was very responsive when we had questions.

We had a great week staying at Stephanie and Peter’s with our dog. The location was very convenient and very close to the beach and cafes/restaurants/bars/supermarket. The outdoor area was private and comfortable and we used it for most meals. A car park was provided which was also very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is amazing, the house is very cozy and clean, and it has everything you need. I was especially pleased with the bedding — as clean as in a good hotel. The interior is well thought out and tastefully decorated. Jeremy provided very detailed instructions on how to get into the house and where to park the car. It’s a very quiet place, despite being just around the corner from a busy street full of cafés and shops.

This is a very roomy house , it was a good descision compared to other accomodation options, the location is quiet and there was a place to park our car off the street, we stayed 6 nights and used it as a base to travel all around Sydney, it was certainly a better way to enjoy Sydney than staying in small hotel rooms.

Our family had such a lovely stay! You really couldn’t ask for a better location. 5 minute walk to the beach and the home is right amongst some of the best shopping and eating Bondi has to offer. Perfect spot for our little family beach vacation! I hope to come back.

The flat was great! Clean, light and airy. It was by local transport and an easy walk to Bondi Beach and shops. The kitchen had all the things you’d needed to cook if you wanted too. We would stay again. Ann was easy to communicate with and friendly.

Lovely and adequate place to stay for a week, walkable to the supermarket and cafes in the area. Didn't feel like the road noises were too loud nor was I disturbed by the construction across the street during my stay there. Host was very responsive and helpful despite a couple of my own oversight. Thank you!

Penny’s place was the perfect place for our family holiday in Coogee. Watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning from the comfort of the sofa was my highlight! The apartment was clean, organised and had everything we needed. I appreciated having plenty of towels, beach toys, tennis rackets and the laundry detergent (all things we didn’t have with us as we’d travelled from the UK). The kids loved the cave room and all the toys. The apartment is quiet and cosy, a really peaceful place for a break. Penny was helpful and responsive but gave us privacy. We loved it and really hope we can visit again one day soon.

Andy’s place is perfect. Located in a quiet location 10 mins walk from all that Bondi has to offer. Surrounded by trees it feels very secluded and peaceful. The views are great from the main bedroom and living area and we could hear the roar of the sea (we had had a storm!). Lovely apartment and well equipped with everything you need.

Courtney's apartment matched her description. but it was in a perfect location ! easy to walk to from the train station, even with luggage. local mall and supermarket was 2mins down the road. very easy walk to Bondi beach. Great service, prompt response and always attentive. Location of the apartment was walking distance from transportation which made it convenient and had nice restaurants in its surroundings.
