Clean and comfortable. Fantastic location. Quiet at night, fan useful when hot. Well stocked kitchen. Shower hot and powerful. Plenty of wardrobe space. Comfortable home.

Parking was generally not an issue, except for the evenings on a weekend.

I had a great stay at James’s apartment in Sydney. The location is superb—with easy access to public transport, shops, etc. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. During my stay, I requested a one-time cleaning of some older stuff, and James kindly arranged it free of charge. He was always responsive and helpful, even though we didn’t meet in person. The only small issue was that the key lock box was a bit tricky to open at first. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’d definitely recommend it!

Great little place that is very quiet and comfortable, yet in a great location close to everything. Sue is very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend.
