Our original 1960's A-frame cabin is nestled (a literal stone's-throw) between the Cowlitz River and Coal Creek...surrounded by unobstructed river and mountain views within beautiful National Forest. The feeling of being here can only be understood by experiencing it!
“Wow! We were so thrilled to stay here during the Fourth of July holiday weekend. Got some private fireworks from the some neighbors lighting them off The cabin was perfect for 2 and our dogs and could have comfortably for more! We spent so much time enjoying the outside, especially fishing at the river with the other neighbors down the shore. Every amenity was what we were looking for and expected. Enjoy your next stay here!”
A quaint A-frame that has been recently remodeled. The cabin is located close to Mount Rainier & is a 1 minute walk to the Nisqually River. Enjoy sitting next to the wood stove after a hike up in the national park, watch a movie & relax. Wifi provided.
“Absolutely amazing getaway for two! The cabin was very cute and spacious for my husband and I, but might be a bit crowded if we tried to add more guests. Honestly the place was perfect - the directions provided were super clear, it was secluded enough without being scared that you were in a forest alone, the location was close to the river and Mt. Rainier National Park, everything you needed was there (kitchen-wise, bathroom-wise, technology and entertainment-wise) and to top it off, I have NEVER stayed in an airbnb where the host left a bottle of wine (red blend!) and s'mores to make in their fire put. 5 minutes in and we immediately said "We're DEFINITELY going to be back."”
Lovely cabin for your next vacation gateway to Mount Rainier&White Pass Ski Area. Plenty of activities to explore&enjoy nearby during the day. Come back to relax in our spacious hot tub and share stories next to a cozy fire-pit.
“Pristine, beautiful, serene. We had a wonderful time here! Exactly as described! Had a crockpot and lots of items we had brought that any home would have! What a wonderful asset that was! Games my kids loved, and the hot tub was a hit! We made campfires and had a wonderful time! The only thing we’d note is that Steven’s Canyon Road was damaged during the winter and is not fully open at this time, so to get to the Paradise Visitor’s center and a lot of available hikes, it was 1.5 hour drive from this spot, which just made for a lot more driving than we expected. There were plenty of hikes and other things to see closer to this spot, but not the adventures we had planned. But nonetheless, an excellent stay!! Extremely easy communicating with the host and no issues with our stay whatsoever!”
