We're just 5 minutes from both interstates. Private residence on our property with one bedroom, one bathroom, fully stocked kitchen and free laundry. You’ll love my place because of the back yard with privacy fence. My place is good for business travelers and big groups. We provide a desk for working. My place is close to the city center, 3.7 miles to the ‘Cheyenne Depot Plaza’, 0.4 miles to the Greenway jogging and bike path, 0.2 miles to a playground at United Nations Park. Walmart Supercenter is 1.6 miles away. A strip mall is 0.6 miles away. For Frontier Days it is 4.7 mi, 11 min from Frontier Park.

Located 1 block west of Holiday Park and a half mile from downtown Cheyenne. The park is beautiful with a lake and great to power walk around or to enjoy a leisurely stroll. My home is just 2 miles from Frontier Park and Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo. Guests stay in a sunny and western style 1,200 sq. ft. apartment and is in the basement of my home. There is a separate entrance on the east side with secure gate entrance and door code.
