The apartment is on the 6th floor (with a lift) and very close to the beach. It has stunning sea views facing west allowing you to enjoy spectacular sunsets. It is situated in a quiet area with with a pub and restaurants at the end of the road. Close by there is also a grocer and a patisserie that make fresh croissants and can give you coffee. Very bright one bedroom apartment (southwest orientation) with terrace and fully enclosed garden. Garden furniture, barbecue, portico for children. Private parking and bike storage. We are in a quiet hamlet 10 minutes from Dinard and 15 minutes from St Malo(the private town) and DINAN (medieval city). Nearby Estuary and the banks of Rance. Ideally located in the triangle of these 3 historic cities and one cable from Cancale and Mont St Michel. Long live the Emerald Coast !

A beautiful collection of old stone cottages on the edge of a sleepy hamlet a few hundred yards from the idyllic Rance estuary. Cosy in winter - with 2 wood stoves and a stunning kitchen/dining extension. And perfect in summer with a huge garden, patios, and woods. We only rent the entire property to ONE group at a time.
