Stayed there for couple of days, had an amazing time. Should be there back soon at some point.

Both the owner and the staff are very cooperative and it didn’t feel like a transactional conversation. They were extremely friendly and very helpful. The place has a nice swimming which the kids didn’t want to get out of. Overall a pleasant experience!

Great new place, clean, great views specially of the river's on the fuller side. Location is relatively less crowd and peaceful. Worth it 👌

Booked this Airbnb for a night. We were six guests and all of us just loved this place.Everything about this place is great, don't think twice before booking. It's a very safe locality, we stepped out late and returned late at night, felt very safe. It's a gem of a place and very well designed house.

Very Good and Peacefull place, neat and clean Villa, very much Co-operative Host and caretaker. Only one thing, Mobile Network and Wi-Fi is very SLOW, but if you have a Jio connection then there is no problem at all. Swiggy and Zomato service is there, you can buy online, BUT Network issue can be solved by JIO only. :) Luckily, I had one. Breakfast, Luch, Dinner are available near Villa on payable basis. you can get menu and contact details from main gate. However very good experience.

I recently stayed at this property in Rishikesh and had a truly peaceful experience. The location is ideal—tucked away from the main hustle yet close enough to reach the Ganga and local cafes easily. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had a calming vibe, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or attending yoga sessions. The staff was warm and responsive, making me feel right at home. I especially appreciated the early morning views and the quiet ambiance. We had a short but incredible stay at this tastefully designed 3-bedroom house. Set in a secure location with stunning architecture. We all friends were impressed (Indian and UK based). The property offers plenty of space, making it ideal for large groups. The host was highly responsive and the place felt homely and exceeded all our expectations. Unforgettable kindness and hospitality.

Stayed here with my family, this apartment was in a gated colony so safety was no issue. Property was more than satisfactory for us. It was clean, spacious and worth every penny.

Satisfied overall given the amenities and peaceful location. Our stay was very comfortable - easy check-in process, rooms were clean and tidy. Mishank is very responsive and would go an extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Special thanks to the caretaker as they were so kind to inform us of our items we forgot at the stay after check-out. This place felt like home from the moment we reached there. We reached 1.5 hr early and cleaning was still in progress, still Sam allowed us in. He also gave great recommendations of which places to visit and also gave contacts of local auto which made our life easier. All in all it is a great place to stay and I would like to recommend it to others as well.

The place Prithvi uncle provides is very neat tidy and the location is well connected to the all the major city haunts. I shall revisit here with my family for a bigger tour.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy, pet-friendly home. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and homely. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear instructions and excellent communication from the host. The home is nestled in a peaceful, residential neighborhood, offering a perfect escape from the city buzz. At the same time, it’s just a short walk away from some fantastic local restaurants, cafes, and stores. Himanshi's detailed recommendations were spot-on. Swiggy and Blinkit both deliver here, with Blinkit store being just across the road, deliveries were almost instant. Our dog loved the space just as much as we did. The garden was lush and secure, perfect for playtime. The breezy terrace upstairs was our favorite spot to unwind with coffee. The host also connected us with a reliable cab rental service, which made local sightseeing super convenient and stress-free. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to be back again.
