The main bedroom is detached from the living and kitchen, which has a fold out couch for extra guests. Relax in the outdoor bath and enjoy the simplicity of living off grid without lacking to many home comforts. Toilet is detached.

The velodrome and Te Awa River Ride are a short drive away. Cambridge is the jewel of the Waikato!

This may be occupied by the owner. It is a completely separate dwelling so privacy is maintained. Max 2 guests. No visitors please unless by prior arrangement.

You may even be greeted by our delightful and friendly one-eyed cat, Winky. This is a self-contained unit with a toilet and shower. Please note no kitchen or cooking facilities, however, there is a fridge and microwave.
