A lovely place with a beautiful garden! Near the facilities of the city center and a perfect place to start a walk, run or bike tour. Everything is really clean and good organized inside the apartment. I definitely recommend the place. Only the stairs to the apartment are a bit uncomfortable with little kids.

The apartment was larger than expected, sparkling clean and equipped with everything you could need - and beyond 👌🏼😊 You immediately notice that the comfort of the guests was thought of here with attention to detail. Had a lovely stay at the apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, clean and everything you need for a short or long-term stay. Sergio was a great host, always responded quickly and provided a flexible check-in opportunity. Very convenient free parking on the street for those coming with the car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely return in the future if I'm in the area!

Nice place to stay. Neat space, underfloor heating is top. Everything was neatly clean and organized. Nice layout of the apartment. Quiet area. Good place to discover the Eifel, Aachen and Maastricht close by! Julia does not meet, but everything is well arranged with a key locker.

Perfect for a family or group of friends. Had board games and some children's toys. kitchen was well equipped and location was walkable to everything. quiet location. we loved our time in aachen!

normally I assume from the reviews when renting a cottage which was generally positive one after all. stood 1 bad but recognized nothing at all.. sweet people if you need a house close to the center of Liège do not hesitate and rent the cottage of Fanny the apartment is👌 sparkling clean bathrooms are picobello, kitchen looks like new and in the busy area just a private parking space!! What else do you want? some say that it is tight in the garage but I just came to -1 in the garage with a reasonably large car! Fanny & Manon see you seeing my many visits again and again in front of me and my family soon! Thanks for the flexible arrival due to the self check in midnight at 1 o'clock! see you soon!

A very nice house with a stunning view of the Rur and nature. We felt very comfortable. Arrive and feel right at home and unwind and relax right away. Pure tranquility, a dream for us and super comfortable beds. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Great apartment, the perfect place if you are looking for a quiet stay. Philippe was very friendly and took time to show us the house in detail. Everything was clean and the hot tub was a lovely extra. I would 100% recommend staying here!

We stayed at this great place with friends over New Year's Eve. A house with lots of charm that is well furnished and equipped. Perfect for long game nights or cooking together. The accommodation is great, bakers, supermarkets and the like are nearby and the city center can be reached by bus in about 20 minutes. The contact with the hostess was also flawless and hassle-free. Unfortunately, there is only one bathroom with shower upstairs and downstairs a very small toilet without a wax basin. With agreements, however, this also fits for 7 people. Only one power outlet in the upper bathroom would be desirable. Otherwise, everything was great!We had a really great time in Maastricht! Thank you so much ☺️

Cannot recommend Stephan and this place enough! Stephan was incredibly helpful and flexible. He gave us local recommendations and helped us with some car trouble. The house was perfect and the outside table with fairy lights were a great touch! If we’re ever in the area again we will book here! It’s really clean and peaceful. Honestly cannot recommend this place enough. Great for Nürburgring & Spa road trips. It was really close to shops and petrol station, 3 mins from supermarket and auto repair places. Overall really really good.

We had a very nice stay, definitely recommended. The apartment is nice, clean, spacious and practical. The location is a good base for visiting the area such as Maastricht, Hasselt, Liège. We walked with the Alpaca very nice and at the same time informative about the place and the village.

Very nice and spacious accommodation in a nice quiet area. Even more spacious in person than in the photos. Everything is provided so you don't have to think about anything to have a nice and comfortable weekend. Garden with BBQ, lounge chairs and picnic bench is also definitely a great asset. We will definitely be back!

Great, tastefully decorated and light-flooded apartment with plenty of space. We felt very comfortable.

We spent some really nice days in Maria's apartment. It was a very nice break, everything was available and the children were very well occupied. I can recommend this apartment one hundred percent and we are looking forward to next time at Maria's. We spent a few lovely days at Maria's vacation flat. Everything was thought through with a lot of little touches here and there. The kids had loads of fun with the various toys and tractors on offer. I can highly recommended staying there and we can't wait to come visit again :)

The apartment is enchantingly furnished, everything was available and clean. The balcony is quietly out the back and you can enjoy the sun there. Downtown Maastricht was very easy to reach on foot and the hostess was very accommodating and friendly.

We had a great time in Belgium with friends! The place was perfectly as advertised, clean, cozy and very well located for exploring the surroundings. The welcome was warm and the host was very responsive and attentive, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We leave with very good memories and we recommend this address without hesitation. Our stay was really very nice in the apartment. Judith took care of everything warmly, always asking if everything was okay or if we had questions. The apartment was very clean, everything was thought of - spices in the kitchen, shampoo & co. in the bathroom, covered beds & a pack of Milka on the table. ☺️ We were completely satisfied with 7 people & would like to come back again. Thank you! ☺️
