This villa was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway with a big group of friends. It’s beautifully designed, very clean, and felt warm and welcoming. The location was great, and we couldn’t have asked for a friendlier or more responsive host. Agim truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

A good apartment, very comfortable and well decorated. Excelente camas y lencerias. With good acoustics and thermal insulation. Very close to markets, cafes and malls. Ana responds quickly and very attentive. Totally Recommended, I would come back another time.

All my questions were answered in no time. Her house was spotless. Hris was a really nice person. There was no parking problem. It was one of the beautiful places to stay in Skopje, thank you my friend.

Our stay at Cozy Villa ЯR was absolutely perfect! The property was even better than the photos—spacious, warm, and beautifully designed with large windows offering breathtaking mountain views. The fireplace was a cozy touch after a long day of skiing. The villa was ideally located, just a short drive to the ski lifts. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we enjoyed making meals and spending quality time together as a group. Fitim was an exceptional host, providing clear check-in instructions and plenty of local tips . I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for relaxing winter escape. If you are a large group (we were seven), then Tomi's place will suit you very well. The house is a little way out of the city (about a 30 minute walk) but it's easy enough to get a bus nearby or hail a cab (which are cheap). The house can be a little tricky to find, as it is located on a side street off of the main part of Parishka. We had a couple of taxi drivers that struggled to find it! The house itself is huge and, for the most part, very comfortable. The kitchen, however, is relatively small and I think it's fair to say you would struggle to cook for a large group in it. The configuration of some of the bedrooms is a bit random and I think a little attention needs to be paid to the lighting and bedding in some cases. Within the vicinity of the house are several good restaurants and a large supermarket is a ten minute walk away. Despite one or two reservations, I would wholeheartedly recommend this as a place to stay. Tomi is great and Skopje is a wonder!

We absolutely loved this place! It perfectly captures the cozy, inviting atmosphere you want on a skiing trip. The cabin is a true highlight, the location is fantastic, and the hosts are incredibly friendly and supportive. I highly recommend this villa to everyone!

The accommodation was perfect and exactly as described, with a breathtaking view of the valley. Although we experienced some issues with the water supply in the upper part of the village on the second night, we were quickly provided with an alternative accommodation with warm water. A big thank you to the manager, Rafet – I have rarely met such a helpful and hospitable person on my travels.

We had a wonderful stay at Leon’s place. It has a modern, fresh style and is very well connected to important tourist spots. Additionally, there are two nice malls nearby where you can easily buy all the groceries you need. Leon was always available and polite when we contacted him. Definitely a place you will not regret choosing as an Airbnb.
