The house is located in a dead-end street, which ensures complete peace. The whole neighbourhood is very nice and quiet . Relax on the cosy sun island by the pool, make use of the barbecue and prepare a delicious meal for the whole family and let the kids have fun in the huge garden and the pool.

The house is located in a quiet part of the island, and if you are looking for peace and true rest it is the place for you. No neighbors. No noise The air is clean and the sea, the beaches are wild and there is no one on some of them. When the wind blows you can enjoy the view on the closed terrace, watch TV with over 30 programs. This beautiful vacation house is located in a small village near Rijeka and Crikvenica, and only 2 min walk to the beach. In the walking distance there is a market, post office, caffe bar and restaurant. The house is situated in a very peaceful and quiet area, suitable for completely relaxed holidays. The property enables its guests to enjoy watching stars in the evening, eating breakfast with a sea view in the morning, and/or buying fresh vegetables and herbs from our organic garden.

You’ll love my place because you are staying in wonderful nature,situated at hamlet Škuncini stani, but still not far away(6km) from city of Novalja, where are supermarkets, restaurants, etc. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). House is fully equiped for 8 persons. Gas heating water for showering. Air conditioner in each bedroom. We are always at your disposal!

My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and sea view, kitchen and living room. It has a small private terase with sitting erea and gas grill. Pet is 7€ per day.

Studio In a Stone House With Garden

Ideal for young people who do not want to spend a lot of money for accomodation an are not too demanding. Due to thick stone walls, the studio is always fresh. You will enjoy the view from the garden situated next to the house, 20 meters from the studio. Door windows, not classical windows, might be an issue for some people, if so, book another property of mine.
