The place was clean, well cared for and as shown in the pictures. It has everything you need for a comfortable and no inconvenience stay. Our stay was super peaceful, the property made us feel at home from the beginning. The location is excellent, right in the center of Santiago, which made it very easy for us to get to know the city. There's a lot of cool stuff around, and we felt safe the whole time, unlike what we've seen in some other reviews about certain neighborhoods. It's worth mentioning that we didn't go out at night, so our perception of safety is based on the activities we did during the day. We use public transportation a lot, both buses and subways, and access from the property is super fast. In fact, because it's downtown, you can do a lot on foot too. In short, just pack your bags and come enjoy Santiago! We were very satisfied with everything.

Regarding the house. It has all the amenities and is located in a beautiful and quiet area. Minutes from Sky Costanera and several businesses. I also want to highlight the service that Max gave us, who, although we could not meet him, was available for everything 24 hours a day. We will definitely be back!

The best thing is the location if you're interested in something cheap near the airport. It is 10 min from the airport by car. The area is not for loitering. The amenities are simple, useful and just to spend a few hours or a day before a flight, as shown in the photos. María Teresa is quite friendly, very attentive and considerate of guests, responds quickly and is super accessible and flexible with schedules. My friends and I rented it one day because we needed 3 hours to sleep and bathe during the early morning hours before a flight and she was there for our arrival and departure, even though it was very early in the morning. Excellent for that.

The house matches the photos, very nice and nice. Wide kitchen and lots of utensils. We celebrated my niece's birthday and everything was perfect, camilo and sebastian were very friendly and flexible with the schedule. Recommended the house, spacious its rooms and we felt right at home.

Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

We stayed for 3 nights and I must say it was an excellent experience. The house is very cozy, clean and fully equipped for a comfortable and quiet stay. We loved the vegetation of the place, which provides a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for resting after touring Santiago. The location is unbeatable: in a very safe residential neighborhood and steps away from the metro, supermarkets, pharmacies and other services. Despite being so well connected, it is surprisingly quiet, thanks to its thermopanel windows. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was always clear and friendly. Definitely a place we would return to and that we totally recommend to anyone looking for comfort, a good location and tranquility in Santiago. Finally, I'd like to mention that they allowed us to leave our luggage earlier so that we could tour the city for the necessary time before checking in at the appropriate time.

This was our 1st trip to Chile and we feel so lucky to book this property for so many reasons. We are in love with Chile. Claudia Alejandra and her property are definitely reasons among other. She is a great person, very humble, always ready to help. She is very quick to respond to all our questions with great recommendations everytime which we found very helpful. On the day of our check-in, she greeted us at the gate, served us freshly made lemonade and gave a tour of the house. The property is very beautiful with so many details, characters and has plenty of space to accommodate our group. The front yard has multiple hammocks to enjoy. I am so happy we agreed to let Claudia stay in the basement as she remained a great resource throughout our trip to make it very comfortable, enjoyable. All her shopping recommendations are great i.e. Mozart bakery, Peublito los dominicos just to name few. Her fur babies are adorable. I would book this property again and highly recommend to everyone.

The apartment looks like a hotel suite, it's perfect for spending a few days there. There were a lot of things available, it was very nice. (Coffee, water, towels…) The rooftop with pool offers amazing views of the whole city! The only downside of my stay was not being able to use the laundromat in the building because you have to be Chilean to use the app.

The apartment corresponds to the description. The location is excellent, Sanhattan/Las Condes. 5 minutes walk to Shopping/Sky Costanera and Jumbo Hypermarket. It is right in front of the Entrance Encomenderos do Metrô Tobalaba (access to lines 1 and 4) and to the MUT. Numerous markets, restaurants, shopping galleries and business buildings around. Although the kitchen is small, the apartment is large, spacious, has 2 bedrooms, being a suite and has a washing machine. The apto needs some occasional repairs, but they do not compromise the stay. One thing I didn't like is that the smoke detector fired even with the hood that is on top of the stove connected to the maximum and the door of the service area open and ventilating. Hot water in the kitchen counter. As for the quiet, because it is located in a busy densely populated area, there is a lot of vehicle buzzing noise (Chilean drivers honking a lot and incessantly). Other residents of the building are very quiet. Upright and polite porters of the building

The apartment is impeccable, very clean and modern, I recommend it 100%. It has a coffee maker, hair dryer, kitchenware, books, a desk, in a word it's spectacular. I am so pleased with the welcome bottle of wine. The apartment has a beautiful view of the neighborhood. The elevators work well, the surveillance staff are friendly and they guided me about the inquiries I made them. This uniquely close to two subway stations, in short she is delighted.
