Easy to find property, car recommended but not necessary. 10 minute walk of 2 of the best beaches in Manuel Antonio, Playa Biesanz and Playitas. Perfect for 2 couples, fully equipped large kitchen, large living room. On 2 levels with plenty of private spaces for relaxing. 5 minute drive to the public beach. Air conditioning is not needed,cool ocean breezes are very refreshing. Must climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the house.

Frequented by wildlife as the house borders the National Park- it’s as though you’re staying in the park! Minutes away from shopping and local restaurants, yet private. Concierge service and maid service included along with many amenities. Short drive to the beach. Also NEW modern bathrooms and NEW path to the waterfall!

Stay on the Beach! We are located right outside of the protected beach zone for Manuel Antonio making it only steps away from the most sought after beach in Costa Rica! Right now we also have a construction discount as well. We are usually 100 percent booked at 495, but they are building next door so we are offering huge discounts! They usually only work from 8-5 Monday through Friday, which is usually when you will be at the beach or enjoying all the areas activities!
