The comfortable apartment “Ferienwohnung Rot”, part of the holiday lodge “Pfandlerhof”, is situated outside of the village St. Martin in the scenic Passeier Valley (Val Passiria), which is a perfect area for hiking, mountain biking or skiing holidays. The wheelchair-accessible apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

The holiday apartment “Tonigbauernhof Enzian” is located on a private and secluded farm in Scena (Schenna) and overlooks the beautiful mountain scenery. The holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people (ideally 4 adults and 2 children). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV (with cable and SAT-TV) as well as children's books and toys.

Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

The "Egon Schiele" double room is located on the first floor of the Art Nouveau villa (Café Villa Bux) and is furnished in the same style. The bedroom is equipped with a satellite TV, minibar, desk, and wardrobe. The adjoining private bathroom features a bathtub with a shower screen, a bidet, and a toilet.
