The Cray is well situated with a several food options nearby. Mick and Prue are both very helpful, had provided clear and detailed instructions, along with recommendations for food and possible activities. The apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable and has a private undercover parking right at the doorstep.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Cray's with Mike & Prue. Both of them were really helpful with the Wifi. As they live on site, a knock on the door was all we need for further assistance.

Great location. 7 minutes walk to where the Gordon river cruise leaves from. Opposite a waterfront restaurant too. Clean, tidy place. Lots of natural light. Being mostly south facing, it could be cold in chilly weather. But has AC, electric blankets and electric heater in bathroom. Would stay again!

Pam’s place is lovely and sparkling clean. The utensils, pots and pans they’re super clean. Pam’s also gave us some recommendations for local attractions, thanks Pam. We will definitely be back again when we visit Strahan.

One of the outstanding features of the Crays units is the space. Plenty of room to spread out and a generous kitchen area. This is a no frills stay but with everything one needs. We particularly appreciated the umbrellas as Strahan in May was rather damp. The location,while not right in the village, is an easy flat walk of no more than ten minutes. We walked easily to the Gordon River boat despite my bad knee and advanced years. Finally what makes this a recommended stay is the friendliness of Prue and Mick. They are dedicated to making staying at the Crays an enjoyable experience for everyone.

So peaceful, easy to find, beautiful interior,spacious, Everything that you need. We felt very comfortable there and would definitely go back again for another stay.

Great house, large with plenty of space. Very comfortable, warm & well equipped. Communication from Amanda was good.

Matt and Lorri’s place was absolutely perfect in every possible way, comfy, beautiful decor and furnishings and well equipped for our stay. We got to wave each morning to the passengers as the gorgeous train drove past. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts or location (2 minutes walk to a local shop). I highly recommend a stay, we chose this due to it being stair free and flat and its second toilet as we had older parents with us and it far surpassed our expectations. We would love to visit again and wouldn’t look anywhere else.

The photos of the cabin don’t do it justice, it was homely and so much bigger than we thought. Paula has put a lot of effort into creating a welcoming and comfortable environment, there were 6 fresh eggs from her own chickens (delicious!), a bottle of wine, all tea and coffee requirements, books, games, and DVDs. Oh! And chocolates! Yum. I can't pinpoint exactly how she did it but the cabin had a really relaxing and homelike vibe. Would highly recommend it if you go to the West Coast, it would make a great base for looking around the area, and Paula is a great host and it’s great value for the money.

Fantastic choice for a get away with our beloved dog, Louie. Great secure yard, super cosy home with everything you need. Will be back to stay there again.

Cody cottage with everything we needed. Supermarket across the road was very handy. Walking distance to Boat cruise and restaurants.

We were a party of 2 couples, and found Jade’s place just ideal for us, as it had 2 bathrooms, was spacious inside and near to town, but away from the centre. We also saw a platypus nearby, so a bonus! Would thoroughly recommend this place.

Perfect place to enjoy the Cradle mountain area. Thomas has been very helpful and the house nothing short of amazing : I highly recommend !
