We had a comfortable couple of nights in this lovely traditional Maltese home, great views from the top terrace, wonderful interior with glass panelled landings & spiral staircase, great location for easy access to the airport, bus stops, sufficient local amenities, we walked from the location to Blue Grotto and then took the bus to Dingli Cliffs

The place is strategically located for the following reasons; 1. Very close to the airport (5 -9 mins.) so very easy to get in and out 2. Can easily visit Valetta, St. Julians, Sliema, St. Paul's bay, Gozo, Mdina avoiding down towns traffic that can be very time consuming 3. Excellent local restaurants e.g. Alto, Diar Il-Bniet, Congreve Channel at the Blue Grotto which is 9 min. drive 4. Blue Grotto visits on more than one occasion 5. Did a trip to Gozo via ferry and the route was both safe and fast. Likewise for Mdina. Practically no traffic. 6. Did a day outing to the Popeye Village, timely and safe trip as well. Practically no traffic. 7. very easy access to supermarkets, pastizzerias (jeffs and sphinx plus), and gas stations (we rented a car from the airport that worked out extremely well for us) 8. The place is spotless, spacious, and felt right at home Finally if we were to rate this place from 1-10 we would give it an 11 (eleven)

We stayed at the property one night before our return flight. The place is very nice and combines old and modern in a good way. We felt very comfortable, although there is currently a construction site nearby, where work starts at about 7:30 AM. However, Ruben can't do anything about that, and it will pass. For one night or even two, an optimal accommodation.
