We stayed with our family and do enjoying the beach. Abdul Rahman is helping a lots with interest information and assist to explore the surrounding. Worth to stay and definitely will come back for next vacation.

Karin is an excellent host with an absolute gem of a property! We were greeted on arrival and shown around the very clean and beautifully smelling property. We had come prepared but there wasn’t any need, as EVERYTHING we could possibly need was already there. From coffee to shower gel! It really felt like a home away from home. The roof top space was exceptional, with a BBQ, sun loungers, dining spaces, dreamy lights and the most beautiful plants! Our favourite part was the view and location! We really couldn’t have asked for more and our children didn’t want to ever leave! Thank you for sharing your wonderful property with us. It was such a big part of Oman experience and a trip we will never forget. Your recommendations, especially our trip to the Dimaniyat Islands were much appreciated. We can’t imagine visiting Onan again and not staying here, so we hope we will meet again one day!

If you want a quiet place to stay this is it. Small fishing village just outside of Muscat. It’s a 15 minute drive into the city, but you can also walk 2 minutes to the beach and swim with turtles. Hiking trails close by and fisherman willing to take you out on their boats for a very reasonable price just down the street. Abdul Rahman is a great host and has lots of tips to make your trip a real experience. The places is as pictured, simple but clean. There is a small store in the village that has the basics and at night time there’s local guy that sets up a barbeque with meat/seafood on a stick that’s amazing and super cheap.

We loved our stay at Bait Ahlam at Qantab beach. We first stayed in 2023 loved it so much we knew we would come back. The cottage is unique, peaceful & has an amazing feel to it. Regula has lovely touches all through Bait Ahlam. Staying there combined with the fishing village is unique. The people are so friendly. Regula once again has been a fantastic host she is always so responsive & friendly. I know we will go back again to stay sometime.
