Very helpful and informative host, Tony went above and beyond! A beautiful, peaceful and private spot to unwind. Beautiful bush setting. Great deck and undercover bbq space to enjoy the surroundings.

Robert is a wonderful host, not only was he able to provide us with lots of local knowledge of the area but he also made us feel right at home. Apart from being able to tell us of many local things to do he went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay, even providing a delicious home cooked meal for us. There is a very good pub about 100m up the road with great food and friendly locals. Bobs' house is very clean and comfortable set in the quaint village of Landsborough this is the perfect location to relax and wind down from the busy city life. Bob and his partner (and his lovely dog Molly), are special hosts making you feel comfortable and homely immediately. Highly recommended if you want an invigorating getaway in the country.

As a family we really needed a chill, relaxed weekend. The home provided this. It allowed us to be close to both towns ararat and Ballarat to explore. Top place 🫶🏻

This was our second stay at The Sheltered Paddock and it is safe to say this location is storing something special in its' surrounds. Daryl and Tracy were wonderful hosts once again the location, the tiny house and the hosts make time away in this place feel quite magical. Can't wait to come back again for another anniversary in the near future!

I had a great time staying at Paul's house across a weekend. The home is very spacious with a brilliant garden and incredible sunsets on offer. Inside, the home was clean and spacious, and amenities like the pool table and dart board were great - plenty of games provided as well. Extremely satisfied and could highly recommend for a peaceful time away in a beautiful landscape with plenty of history.

Second we’ve stayed at the Post Office, and enjoyed the place as much as the first. Denise was very responsive when we contacted her for assistance. There was breakfast provided, plus coffee and tea. The bed was comfy. Overall a lovely spot to spend a few days.

Deb’s cottage was a perfect base for our girls weekend at the local Races. Walking distance to shops and pub. When the iron didn’t work well, Deb was available and able to bring a spare over so we didn’t have to head to the cup in creased frocks!! The bread, butter and condiments, along with some little chocolate extras was a lovely touch.

This place was simple yet comfortable with a well stocked pantry and a well sought after coffee machine with extra pods for us double shot, two cups before we function folk, something you rarely find. The beds were comfortable and the fire warm with the added bonus of reverse cycle in the bedroom. The dogs loved the expanse of the back yard to play ball and have a good explore and it was well maintained. There was even a fresh bucket of water left for them after their play. They also loved it inside by the fire. Overall, a very nice stay.

This was by far the best weekend away I’ve ever had on an Airbnb. It was private absolutely beautiful surroundings. Deb left so many free amenities bits and pieces like food fruit toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash bacon and eggs nuts milk tea coffee she went above and beyond and made it everything and Airbnb should be , those thoughtful little touches that make an Airbnb And it’s so much better than going to a hotel or motel . It’s Pet approved which my little Dogs had such a great time and their farm dog is so friendly. It didn’t bother my dogs at all. I was so impressed I know for sure that I will be back again. My favourite spot is the couch overlooking the vineyard I can’t say enough good things about this place , you’re stupid. If you don’t Book here this is the best value comfy Bed private location little getaway you could ever hope for you have to try it. Thank you so much Deb and Neil. I had such a fantastic time. We stayed at Deb’s farm for two nights. The cabin is cosy, clean and tidy. Lovely sunrise from the kitchen windows. The kitchen is well equipped and Deb stocked up all supplies in particular with fresh free range eggs. Deb is super friendly and easy going. She made us felt very welcomed, showed us around the farm and let us pat/feed all the animals. My 2 years old was very excited to get the fresh eggs every morning. She absolutely loved it. Now she always refer to what she saw in the farm whenever we read a farm book! We would love to visit in the future again as well as explore other towns around the area.
