I would highly recommend it. Very nice. Nice apartment. Well equipped gym. Quiet and close to everything.

We had everything we needed. Close to the tram, grocery, city center and more. Reservations at restaurants are a must on Friday and Saturday.

A complete, comfortable accommodation, a good location, responsive and friendly hosts and there is a very good value for money, I recommend it.

Good welcome , very good exchange by phone. Well located apartment 5 minutes from Place de Jaude. Very bright, clean, well arranged, quiet. Very nice apartment. On the other hand, we were not able to use the underground garage because the entrance is too steep for our vehicle (mazda sedan 3) rubbing the underbody at the entrance to the parking lot. However, it's easy to park on the street (wide street) but for a fee. Despite this, we would recommend this apartment.

Spacious accommodation, full of charm, well furnished and equipped (very good bedding 160), quiet and close to the city center. Its location on the lower ground floor of a large house located on a slope effectively maintains a pleasant coolness in the summer. I recommend it. Thanks Sandra.

Our stay was short, but went very well. The setting is very nice, very quiet place, great location, secure, close to the highway. The accommodation is chic, spacious, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed this stay. The pool is a very pleasant plus.

Pleasant and comfortable apartment that matches the listing description. JB is flexible , spontaneously offered to adapt the check-in/check-out times. We were coming for an event at the lake palace, it was an advantage to be on this side as we had no traffic jams. I was teletrava all week, it was one of my main criteria to have wifi but unfortunately it was too low for the use of the computer. The pool was not functional ( coming at the end of April/early May). Either, the apartment is nice but it seems to me that the price of the week may be a little high in terms of the location/services.

We had a pleasant week in Bellerive sur l'Allier. The accommodation is very well located: easy access to the city, easy to leave the city, close to shops. Perfectly equipped accommodation for 2 people.

Beautiful apartment, spacious, well-equipped and very clean in the heart of La Bourboule. Private parking is perfect, so no parking problems. Please note my Mégane 4 Estate fits but it can be difficult for a big SUV. 4th floor with elevator. Very clean building. Only small downside, the living room sofa bed is not very comfortable to sleep on.

Very well located apartment in relation to the city center which is accessible on foot, the start of the hiking trails is also very close. The building is secure and clean. The proposed description is accurate.

A group of friends in shape who come for mountain reunions. We were very satisfied with the place, there was nothing missing. That was great! We loved: the pétanque court, the ping-pong table, the comfort, the laundry room, the gym, the living rooms, the decor, the balcony,the well-maintained grass, the bedding, the flexible schedules, the kindness of the host, the bathrooms in the bedrooms, the Auvergne landscape... We had a great time at Pascal's place where we were very well received. The place was as described and very comfortable. The setting is superb, quiet, with the pool in front of the cottage, equipped with sunbeds and children's equipment. We loved the table d 'hôtes, the kitchen is homemade and excellent and the atmosphere was very nice. I would highly recommend Pascal's cottage where we'll be happy to come back.

We stayed at this cottage for a week. Spacious and comfortable space. Large terrace, very pleasant to live in. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, a real plus! Very quiet neighborhood close to amenities and close to Vichy! In a few words, a very pleasant stay! We recommend it!
