The space is beautiful, the interior is tastefully decorated, the outside with its pool is great, located close to everything.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

We felt very comfortable and can only recommend this accommodation! :) The place is nicely decorated, clean and has everything you need. We cooked every night and nothing was missing.. the bed was cozy and there were, among other things, beach toys, a music box and good Wi-Fi. The contact with Ahmed was straightforward and friendly:) It's a good idea to have a bike or car, but the location is great for exploring the north of the island! You can enjoy the tranquility and see the sea from the terrace! We would definitely book this place again!:)

The view is gorgeous. The apartment is really cute and has everything you need to feel comfortable and also for cooking. Alessandro is a super friendly host and was always within easy reach. Personally, I find it very pleasant for couples and would gladly come back.

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

A very special memorable stay in this quaint village of Sennori. A wonderful authentic experience. Enriched more by some comfortable interaction with Cristina. Sharing some of life’s stories. Beautiful! 😍🤩 And a good base/location to explore the northern coast from.

Dario's home is amazing and he's a fantastic host. The space was clean, well-equipped, and larger than expected. And Dario even helped us with recommendations and reservations. The pool is wonderful and heating it is worth the the extra fees. We hope to return to beautiful Sardinia and stay in this remote and very special place again some day.

Marta and Andrea were lovely warm and welcoming hosts. We loved meeting them and were treated to some amazing home cooked Italian meals, joining in with the family and we were made to feel right at home. They were very amusing hosts with some awesome stories and we had a wonderful time. The place is absolutely magical and has a ton of character. We can't wait to return to visit them again! Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. An incredibly beautiful gem just outside. The decor was tasteful and of high quality. Ghislaine is a very warm and accommodating host. Despite the language barrier, we were able to coordinate well via the translation app. The outdoor area, the garden and the pool are fantastically beautiful. Ghislaine's small touches complete the picture perfectly. We will be happy to come back!

We met very nice and very open people. The place is quiet and peaceful. Very well proportioned. Very nice pool. Close to Santa Teresa. Nice little town. Beach (very nice). Nearby. Excellent. 👌 🪴😘

We spent 10 nights in early October in Michele's villa. The property is really fantastic. House is separated in 2 floors. Ground floor: large kitchen-living room with dining table for 8 people + sofa area. Front garden with covered table for 8 people + couch area. Adjacent to it is a large lawn. In addition, there is a guest toilet with washer/dryer on the first floor as well as two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (1x shower, 1x huge bathtub). 2nd floor: two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom + small kitchenette. The 2nd floor is accessible via a separate entrance only from the outside. In the back garden is a large pool and the barbecue area with another table. The rear garden can be reached from the front but also via the bedroom doors on the ground floor. House is very clean, everything you need is there. Michele is super accessible. The only disadvantage: in the off-season, very few restaurants are open and we have a lot of mosquitoes.

An exceptional stay in this lovely haven. The house is very well laid out with a decor with a lot of charm Cindy and Gerald offered us an extremely friendly welcome and were ultra responsive Cindy gave us all the addresses and activities to do in the region We felt at home The only negative is that the week went by too fast!! haha A huge thank you to Cindy and Gerald We'll be back next season!!

One of the best Airbnb I’ve ever been. Perfect location and the house is wonderful. Thank you for hosting us, it was the best time during the whole 3 weeks in Sardinia.

We had a fantastic stay once again and it was definitively not the last time for us at this beautiful place.

We stayed here for a couple nights and would definitely stayed here next time we visit. Comfortable bed, ice cold a/c, quiet, and a water view from the terrace are all we need to be happy guests. Valentina’s place checked all those boxes.

A very nice old stone house that has been very tastefully renovated and furnished. The location is very quiet with fantastic views of both the mountains and the sea and yet you are only 20 minutes by car from Olbia. We felt very comfortable.

Splendid secluded house with an amazing view. The house is worth it, you need to have a car to climb the steep and rocky access. The house is beautiful, well-equipped. The feeling of being alone in the world with a breathtaking view. Some attentions from the hosts were appreciated, thank you!
