House vacation rentals in Punta Cana Village

This house was amazing! it was so much bigger than i expected. It was clean and also very easy to keep clean as it was such a big space. The garden was such beautiful scenes to wake up to and spend during in the day/night. The place was so secure we had to show a pass on entry which made me feel safe knowing there was so much security and they don’t just allow anyone in there. There is a shop located literally one minute walk away from the house where we would get a few bits and that came in handy! The hosts were amazing and always responsive - they had recommendations and were so helpful everytime we had a question! i would definitely recommend this place and i will be returning!

A place I would definitely return to; it's very peaceful. The private pool was the best part, very clean. In this case, I went with my partner, and it was the best, all the privacy and the good moments were amazing.

Had an amazing stay at Jaay’s place! He was very responsive, answered any questions we had & checked in with us to make sure we were doing okay & if we needed anything & he also gave us lots of recommendations on things to do. Would definitely stay here again!

Julio’s place is a oasis in Playa Bávaro. We were scammed by different hotels and found ourselves without a place to sleep by 10pm, in a weird state. We found Julio’s home by indication from a security guard and he promptly opened his house for us, he was a life savior and very helpful throughout it all. I highly recommend staying here, forget about any hotel you have seen, this is the best location and secure.

Thus place is perfect size. Had great security and good amount of restaurants if you need a late night snack

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was fantastic—always quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout our visit and gave recommendations on restaurants, grocery stores etc. The neighborhood felt safe and secure, being located in a gated community, which was a big plus for my family. The accommodation itself was perfect, with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. There were plenty of amenities for both me and my children, ensuring that we all felt at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway in Punta Cana!

We had a great stay with Larissa who was waiting for us with her husband at 1am! A very warm welcome! We really appreciated having the feeling of being welcomed by friends. The house is very comfortable and was very very clean. The house is located 3 minutes walk from the beach and close to shops of nd restaurant. No noise in the evening from the street despite the proximity of the shops! I highly recommend this place! We left at 2:30 in the morning and Larissa and her husband came to say goodbye to us. Very, very professional. Thank you Larissa ❤️❤️❤️

Love our stay. Host always responded. Close to everything and especially the beach. We didn’t need a car rental. We did 2 excursions recommended by host and they picked us up at our place and dropped off. They took us shopping with free of charge. Overall, we had an awesome and safe stay with Bea Living Properties.

I chose Nancy's property in Cocotal for Holy Week, dates when I prefer to spend in a peaceful, calm, and family-friendly environment, and according to her description, this would be the perfect place. Nancy describes her place in detail, and what she mentions is exactly what you'll get. It’s a safe place where peace can be felt, very comfortable and well equipped. I had never rented such a clean and sparkling space as this house; I highly recommend it, and of course, I would definitely come back.

I loved my stay at this place. The location is perfect, close to Downtown Punta Cana, with everything close and easily accessible. The security of the complex is excellent, everything is very clean both inside the house and in the common areas. The beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms are in perfect condition and the kitchen has everything you need for an excellent stay. I would definitely go back and recommend it 100%.

We thought the villa was excellent. Very good location, close to everything, everything very organized, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We felt super good about the accommodation, it is definitely a place to come back to. Frank was the best host, very friendly, always attentive, when we arrived he was always in good communication and every day he wrote to us to see if something was needed; definitely a person who is super concerned about everything. We were very comfortable and delighted with the service!
