Sarah's house is very beautiful and cozy, the heating is great, if there is a problem, Sarah can also respond in time and solve it, the room is very comfortable, the layout is very good, the neighborhood is very beautiful, the environment is very good, we like it very much, we recommend everyone to stay, if there is a chance, we will definitely come back to stay. Wow, what a wonderful stay! The hosts were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. They greeted us when we arrived, offered local recommendations and answered all our questions throughout our stay. The apartment (and entirely building) was wonderfully decorated and maintained. It felt very high end. The location of the apartment was less than a block from Lidl and two blocks from the ‘center’ of Garmisch, which made it very easy to walk to get groceries, coffee, dinner, etc. Most importantly, the views out of the dining room and off the porch were INCREDIBLE. We spent much more time in the apartment than we expected because it was just so lovely. We would absolutely return again and recommend this apartment to anyone!

Daniel is great host, very friendly and helpful. We had detailed instruction for every aspect from starting from check-in to using home aplliances. Apartment in good location, grocery market is very close, park and river nearby. Nice smart home solution intalled. Free parking on the street, but hard to find place. We had good stay :)

We felt completely comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped, everything is clean and it is quiet with great views of the mountains. We used it as a starting point for various activities and at the same time as a retreat to spend time with friends.

We had our amazing 3 nights stay and the space is comfortable for 6 people. Well equipped kitchen and walkable distance to train station. Highly Recommended!

The landlords have thought of many small details. Kitchen was super equipped (salt, spices, baking paper, coffee...). Even in the bathroom there was a small shower room.

The host is super friendly and hospitable, always there to help and very responsive. Convenient location short walk to train station and grocery stores. The house is very new and super clean with high quality appliances and furnitures. I was able to relax and had a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 4-bedroom house! The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet conveniently close to shops and amenities. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained — we especially enjoyed using the BBQ and spending evenings on the patio. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, great for cooking and gathering. The host was absolutely wonderful — very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Heike’s place was so homey and relaxing! It was the perfect spot to explore the area and be able to come home at the end of the day and make a nice dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean. Great shower. Heike was good about communicating with us. We loved our stay!

We stayed two nights with Rü. Everyone was super satisfied, it was very clean, well-equipped kitchen and the well-kept property with water access was excellent for quick cooling. I'm sure we weren't there last time.

It was a good fit for a trade fair accommodation for four people. Bakery right next door. Just finding the small driveway was a bit tricky. But also not impossible.

Amazing apartment, great host. And the view from the balcony is out of this world. The only "drawback" for us was the too soft bed. If necessary, the mattress could be renewed here again. Otherwise, everything was great and Bettina was a great host!

The host was very responsive and offered to help for what we needed. We had every thing we needed in that apartment. The apartment looks really nice, modern, and clean. On top of that, the location is perfect to get around shopping areas and restaurants. Recommend!😍

We had a great time in Dagmar and Burkhard's apartment. We were very warmly welcomed and the apartment is very nice and thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is very quiet and it is still only a 2-minute walk to the train station and the lake. Fully recommended.

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️

Loved our stay here while in Munich. This apartment comfortably kept the 5 of us. The location can’t be beat, walkable to Marienplatz with many delicious restaurants on the street below. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to stretch out.

The apartment is ideal for one / two persons. It has everything you need. The staircase to the mezzanine is quite steep. A well-stocked supermarket is just behind the corner. The connection with public transport is ok - you can reach the city of Schwabmünchen in about 20 minutes or you can walk 30 minutes.
